基于DSP的无刷直流电机运动控制系统研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着电机控制技术、电力电子技术和微电子技术的快速发展,无刷直流电机作为-种高性能的电机已经被广泛应用。无刷直流电机像交流电机一样具有结构简单、维护方便、运行可靠等优点,同时也有直流电机的转矩大、运行效率高等优点,已经在运动控制领域取得了广泛的应用。特别是它在高性能的运动控制系统中的运用,使人们对无刷直流电机性能的要求也在不断的提高。在电机本体优化设计、电力电子装置的控制及各种先进控制策略等方面改善无刷直流电机性能,具有很大的社会效益和经济效益。 本课题从目前无刷直流电机控制系统的研究状况出发,对电机本体的基本结构和常用的控制算法进行分析,针对如何使电机更加平稳的起动,减小电机转矩脉动,提高系统的调速性能,实现系统数字化等问题,设计并实现了基于DSP的无刷直流电机运动控制系统。论文首先研究了无刷直流电机的本体结构,并建立了数学模型,在此基础上,对无刷直流电机控制系统建立仿真平台,通过仿真验证系统控制算法和性能,为微处理器电机控制系统的设计和调试提供了理论支撑。其次,根据无刷直流电机驱动的控制要求,以及无刷直流电机的功能和特点,采用TMS320F2812型号的DSP控制芯片设计了无刷直流电机控制系统,并完成了控制系统的硬件、软件设计。最后,论文给出实际电机控制开环和闭环系统运行时的实验测试情况,实验结果分析表明:本文设计的控制系统稳定、起动快速、稳态误差小,并具有较宽的调速范围等良好的调速性能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of motor control technology, power electronics technology and microelectronics technology, brushless DC motor as a kind of high-performance motor has been widely used. Brushless DC motor, like AC motor, has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation and so on. At the same time, the brushless DC motor has many advantages such as large torque and high running efficiency. It has been widely used in the field of motion control. Especially its application in the high performance motion control system makes the performance of brushless DC motor more and more important. The performance of brushless DC motor is improved in the aspects of optimization design of motor body, control of power electronic device and various advanced control strategies. It has great social and economic benefits. Starting from the current research situation of brushless DC motor control system, this paper analyzes the basic structure and common control algorithms of the motor body, aiming at how to make the motor start more smoothly and reduce the torque ripple of the motor. In order to improve the speed regulation performance of the system and realize the digitization of the system, a brushless DC motor motion control system based on DSP is designed and implemented. Firstly, the structure of brushless DC motor is studied, and the mathematical model is established. On this basis, the simulation platform is established for the brushless DC motor control system, and the control algorithm and performance of the system are verified by simulation. It provides theoretical support for the design and debugging of microprocessor motor control system. Secondly, according to the control requirements of brushless DC motor drive, as well as the function and characteristics of brushless DC motor, the brushless DC motor control system is designed by DSP control chip of TMS320F2812 model, and the hardware and software of the control system are designed. Finally, the paper gives the experimental test of the actual motor control open-loop and closed-loop system. The experimental results show that the control system designed in this paper is stable, the starting speed is fast, and the steady-state error is small. And has a wide speed range and other good speed regulation performance.
