基于IEC61850的智能变电站二次系统检修技术研究

【摘要】:智能变电站是坚强智能电网的建设基础和重要组成部分。智能变电站采用先进的传感技术、控制技术和网络交换技术,是变电站自动化技术发展的重大变革。智能变电站的建设和改造是未来发展的方向。全球范围内唯一公认的智能化变电站网络传输标准就是IEC61850,它的推出主要是用来处理智能变电站内部工ED相互之间的配合问题。IEC61850针对用户建立模型,通过分层次的映射进行各层次间的通讯,采用统一标准的操作指令,以及体系工程方法等先进的数字化及通信手段思想,通过上述方法构建智能化变电站整体一致的信息和通信平台。 现阶段智能变电站的建设主要停留在对IEC61850标准及相关工程建设规范细节的验证、实现阶段,而对于变电站保护及自动化的功能实现,无论在原理上还是在技术体系上,都基本沿袭了传统综自系统的构成,智能变电站信息共享的优势尚未得到充分发挥。随着智能电网的大力发展,越来越多的智能变电站投入使用,虽然针对于传统变电站的二次系统检修技术已趋于成熟,但对于智能变电站的二次系统检修还处于探索实践阶段,细致的检修规程的检修技术还不成熟,需要在工程验收和检修过程中积累经验,制定标准检修流程,为智能变电站健康运行和全寿命周期管理保驾护航,为坚强智能电网的运行奠定根基。 本文对智能变电站以及IEC61850标准的应用进行分析,并通过智能变电站新站验收工作对智能变电站二次系统检修技术进行探索总结,比较与常规变电站二次检修技术的不同之处,特别总结了智能变电站自动化系统现场检验方案,以由传统变电站逐步改造为智能变电站的220kV章丘变为例,总结改造过程中解决的检修技术问题,特别对智能变电站单一装置检修时需要执行的二次安全措施进行探讨。通过基于IEC61850标准的围绕智能化变电站的二次系统检修等关键技术开展研究,对智能化变电二次系统检修工作方面有重要意义。通过智能化变电站二次系统检修技术研究以及工程实践,也能为后续关键技术的研究提供借鉴,同时为今后实现变电站智能化步伐提供有力的技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Intelligent substation is the foundation and important part of the construction of strong smart grid. Intelligent substation adopts advanced sensing technology, control technology and network exchange technology, which is a great change of substation automation technology. The construction and transformation of intelligent substation is the direction of future development. The only accepted standard for intelligent substation network transmission is IEC61850, which is mainly used to deal with the problem of the coordination of the Ed in intelligent substation. IEC61850 builds a model for users. Through hierarchical mapping, the communication between different levels is carried out, and advanced digital and communication methods, such as unified standard operation instructions, system engineering methods, etc., are adopted. The whole information and communication platform of intelligent substation is constructed by the above method. At the present stage, the construction of intelligent substation mainly stops at the stage of verifying and realizing the details of IEC61850 standard and related engineering construction specification, but for the function realization of substation protection and automation, whether in principle or in the technical system, The advantages of information sharing in intelligent substations have not been brought into full play. With the rapid development of smart grid, more and more intelligent substations have been put into use. Although the secondary system maintenance technology for traditional substations has become mature, the secondary system maintenance of intelligent substations is still in the exploration and practice stage. The maintenance technology of detailed maintenance rules is not mature, so it is necessary to accumulate experience in the process of engineering acceptance and maintenance, to formulate standard maintenance flow, and to protect intelligent substations from healthy operation and life-cycle management. For the strong smart grid operation laid the foundation. In this paper, the application of intelligent substation and IEC61850 standard is analyzed, and through the acceptance work of intelligent substation, the secondary system maintenance technology of intelligent substation is explored and summarized, and the difference between the secondary maintenance technology of intelligent substation and that of conventional substation is compared. In particular, the field inspection scheme of intelligent substation automation system is summarized, taking 220kV Zhangqiu, which is transformed from traditional substation to intelligent substation, as an example, the technical problems of maintenance and repair are summarized in the process of transformation. In particular, the secondary safety measures needed to be carried out in the maintenance of a single unit in an intelligent substation are discussed. Based on the IEC61850 standard, it is of great significance to carry out the research on the secondary system maintenance of intelligent substation based on the key technologies such as the secondary system maintenance of intelligent substation. Through the research of the secondary system maintenance technology and engineering practice of intelligent substation, it can also provide reference for the research of the following key technology, and provide the strong technical support for realizing the intelligent step of substation in the future.
