多通道光电时间间隔测量系统研究

【摘要】:激光测距是一种先进的测距技术,测量精度高,测量量程,抗干扰能力强。而很多时候,需要对多点进行测距,尤其是在动态测量时,多点的测量需要同时进行,此时需要用到多点激光测距仪,而多通道光电时间间隔测量系统是多点激光测距仪的关键部分。在此背景下,研究设计一个高精度高可靠性的多通道光电时间间隔测量系统是本论文的主要工作目的。本论文首先研究了激光测距及时间间隔测量的关键技术,为后续的多通道光电时间间隔测量系统提供理论依据。通过对多种时间间隔测量技术的研究与调查,本论文最终选择基于TDC-GPX时间数字转换器芯片开发系统所需的多通道光电时间间隔测量电路。整个硬件由多个模块构成,包括完成脉冲激光信号到电信号转换的光电转换模块、对光电转换模块进行信号处理以满足TDC-GPX信号输入要求的信号处理模块以及基于TDC-GPX的时间间隔计时模块等。整个硬件系统通过PIC单片机进行控制,各个通道的测量数据通过I2C总线进行传输,然后通过UART串口传给计算机进行后续的软件自动化处理。本论文还为多通道光电时间间隔测量系统设计了自动化的测量软件。虚拟仪器技术是一种利用软件来实现传统仪器功能的计算机技术,和传统仪器相比,虚拟仪器具有更加方便更加灵活的特点,而和计算机其他软件技术相比,虚拟仪器模块高度集成化和图形式编程语言的特点使得工程师能够更加快速地完成仪器软件的开发且具有更高的可靠性。因此,本论文利用LABVIEW虚拟仪器平台开发了多通道光电时间间隔测量系统所需的数据采集及统计分析软件。数据采集所需的串口驱动通过VISA虚拟仪器编程标准IO进行开发。大
[Abstract]:Laser ranging is an advanced ranging technology with high measuring precision, measuring range and strong anti-interference ability. In many cases, multipoint ranging is needed, especially in dynamic measurement, where multipoint laser rangefinder is used. The multi-channel photoelectric time interval measurement system is a key part of multi-point laser rangefinder. Under this background, the research and design of a high precision and high reliability multichannel photoelectric time interval measurement system is the main purpose of this thesis. In this paper, the key technologies of laser ranging and time interval measurement are studied firstly, which provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent multichannel photoelectric time interval measurement system. Through the research and investigation of various time interval measurement techniques, this paper finally chooses the multichannel photoelectric time interval measurement circuit which is based on the TDC-GPX time digital converter chip to develop the system. The whole hardware consists of several modules, including a photoelectric conversion module to complete the conversion of pulse laser signal to electrical signal. The signal processing module of photoelectric conversion module is used to satisfy the requirement of TDC-GPX signal input, and the time interval timing module based on TDC-GPX, etc. The whole hardware system is controlled by PIC single chip microcomputer, the measurement data of each channel is transmitted through I2C bus, and then transmitted to the computer through UART serial port to carry on the subsequent software automation processing. This paper also designed the automatic measurement software for the multi-channel photoelectric time interval measurement system. Virtual instrument technology is a kind of computer technology which uses software to realize the function of traditional instrument. Compared with traditional instrument, virtual instrument is more convenient and more flexible, and compared with other software technology of computer, virtual instrument is more convenient and more flexible than traditional instrument. The characteristics of highly integrated virtual instrument module and graphical programming language enable engineers to complete the development of instrument software more quickly and have higher reliability. Therefore, the software of data acquisition and statistical analysis is developed based on the LABVIEW virtual instrument platform for the multichannel photoelectric time interval measurement system.
