小型海浪发电系统变角度导流装置及其性能分析

【摘要】:随着传统能源日趋枯竭、环境污染问题恶化,绿色能源开发迫在眉睫。波浪能作为最理想和最有潜力的绿色能源,如今被世界各国所关注。目前关键技术主要为改善波浪能发电装置结构以及提高波浪能利用效率。为提高波浪能利用率,扩大波浪能发电系统的波速利用范围,提出一种变角度导流罩式海浪发电装置,并重点研究装置聚流效果以及在高流速下保护叶轮不超载工作的性能。基于连续性方程和伯努利能量方程,考虑海浪流进入导流罩内部的能量损失,建立口径比随外部导流板角度变化关系,在导流罩内部描述海浪流速的动态变化特性。变角度导流罩装置相对于定角度导流装置而言,在海浪流速较高时,对波浪冲击有柔性的改变。基于水轮机运动相似原理,按照工作相似原则选择冲击式叶轮作为变角度导流罩内部核心部件。确定叶轮机械相关参数,分析叶轮机械的运动方式。关于海浪流体在叶轮上的运动,针对冲击面积的变化值,建立相关速度三角形。分析冲击海流作用在叶轮上的力矩,得出叶轮的动量矩输出关系。选择定桨距恒定波浪发电机,对装置在发电工作时的一些能量损失进行分析,并对发电装置在浙江海域III级海浪作用下的输出功率进行计算。随着流速进一步增加,常规导流罩内叶轮出现负荷运转状态,变角度导流罩出流口冲击面积收缩,得出波能利用率随进口流速的变化关系。最后从导流口长短轴比值、导流罩形状、初始角度三方面建立相关模型并制造实物进行测试研究。分析不同形状导流罩对外部流体聚流效果、初始开口角度与最大波能效率值范围选择,以及波能利用率差异。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly exhaustion of traditional energy and the deterioration of environmental pollution, the development of green energy is imminent. Wave energy is the most ideal and most potential green energy, which is now being paid attention to by all countries in the world. At present, the key technology is to improve the structure of wave energy generating unit and improve the efficiency of wave energy utilization. In the range of wave speed utilization of large wave energy power generation system, a variable angle guide bell type sea wave power generation device is proposed, and the performance of the device is studied and the performance of the protection of the impeller is not overloaded at high velocity. Based on the continuity equation and the Bernoulli energy equation, the energy loss of the flow into the guide cover is considered, and the caliber is established. Compared with the change of the angle of the external guide plate, the dynamic change characteristic of the wave velocity is described inside the guide hood. The variable angle guide cover is flexible to the wave impact when the wave velocity is higher than the fixed angle guide device. Based on the similarity principle of the turbine motion, the impact impeller is selected according to the working similarity principle. As the inner core component of the variable angle guide cover, the relative parameters of the turbomachinery are determined and the movement mode of the turbomachinery is analyzed. On the motion of the ocean wave fluid on the impeller, the relative velocity triangle is established for the change value of the impact area, and the force moment of the impellers on the impellers is analyzed. The relationship between the momentum moment output of the impeller is obtained. The energy loss of the device in the power generation is analyzed, and the output power of the power generation device under the action of III level waves in the sea area of Zhejiang is calculated. As the flow velocity is further increased, the load running state of the impeller in the conventional guide cover is found, and the impact area of the outlet inlet of the variable angle guide cover is contracted. The relation between the utilization rate of the output wave energy and the change of the inlet velocity. Finally, the correlation model is established from three aspects of the ratio of the long and short axis of the diversion inlet, the shape of the guide cover and the initial angle. The effect of the external fluid accumulation, the selection of the initial opening angle and the maximum wave energy efficiency range, and the wave energy are analyzed. The rate of use is different.
