高压直流输电阀水冷系统的对比分析

【摘要】:换流阀为换流站的核心设备,其在运行中通过的大电流会产生大量的热量,会导致晶闸管和电抗器等阀组件元件的温度上升,这就需要有阀水冷却系统对换流阀进行冷却。 本文通过对不同厂家技术的阀水冷系统进行详细研究,分析其优缺点,并对历史故障进行举例分析,不仅可以使运维人员对直流输电阀水冷系统结构有所熟悉,而且对故障发生时的分析处理提供了可靠经验和指导方向。通过对各阀水冷技术优缺点的比较,达到取长补短的目的。 本文的主要研究内容有: 1、结合ABB和高澜阀水冷技术特点,介绍阀水冷技术的现状和基本功能,引出本文研究方向和意义; 2、结合直流换流站现场实际,介绍阀水冷系统硬件组成,重点介绍阀内、外水冷系统主回路各部分硬件回路的功能,并重点对现在常用两种外冷水水质处理模式原理进行比对分析; 3、以华新换流站和枫泾换流站为例,介绍阀水冷控制系统组成,重点介绍ABB和高澜阀水冷控制系统的特点并将两者进行对比分析,进而讨论主泵切换逻辑和冷却塔投切逻辑。 4、结合南桥站和胶东站的工程实际运用,介绍阀水冷保护原理及功能并将两者进行对比分析。详细阐述工程中对阀水冷相关保护的规定和要求,并以高岭换流站保护定值设置不合理导致直流系统闭锁为例加以总结。
[Abstract]:The converter valve is the core equipment of the converter station. The large current passing through it will produce a lot of heat, which will cause the temperature of valve components such as thyristor and reactor to rise, which requires the valve water cooling system to cool the converter valve. In this paper, the valve water cooling system of different manufacturers is studied in detail, its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and the historical faults are analyzed with examples. The operation and maintenance personnel are not only familiar with the structure of HVDC transmission valve water cooling system. It also provides reliable experience and guidance for the analysis and treatment of faults. By comparing the merits and demerits of each valve water cooling technology, the purpose of complementing each other is achieved. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. According to the characteristics of ABB and water cooling technology, the present situation and basic functions of valve water cooling technology are introduced, and the research direction and significance of this paper are introduced. 2. According to the actual situation of DC converter station, the hardware composition of valve water cooling system is introduced, and the function of each part of main circuit of valve water cooling system is introduced emphatically. The principle of two kinds of water quality treatment modes of external cold water is compared and analyzed. 3. Taking Huaxin converter station and Fengjing converter station as examples, the composition of valve water cooling control system is introduced. The characteristics of ABB and high Lan valve water cooling control system are introduced and compared with each other, and the main pump switching logic and cooling tower switching logic are discussed. 4. Combined with the practical application of Nanqiao Station and Jiaodong Station, the principle and function of valve water cooling protection are introduced and compared with each other. The regulations and requirements of valve water cooling related protection in engineering are described in detail, and a conclusion is made with the example that the unreasonable setting of protection setting of Gaoling converter station leads to the locking of DC system.
