【摘要】:由于受全球气候变化的影响,近些年来我国频繁出现极端恶劣天气,输电线路多次出现覆冰故障,更严重的是,在2008年2月,在中国南方大部分地区出现了大范围的严重的冰雪状况,造成电网重大灾难,给受灾地区的交通、电力、通信和人民生活带来严重影响。因此,对输电线路的覆冰原理和防覆冰技术的研究迫在眉睫。随着,国家特高压电网建设的加快发展,特高压电网的安全稳定运行是今后骨干电网的重中之重。本文从国家首条1000千伏特高压交流试验示范工程线路所发生的覆冰故障为出发点,分析了故障发生的原因,研究了国内外的覆冰理论,总结了各种防覆冰措施,为今后的特高压输电线路防覆冰治理工作提供了参考。本文所完成的主要工作包括一下四个方面:(1)输电线路覆冰基础理论研究。详细介绍了输电线路覆冰类型,覆冰机理和影响覆冰的各种因素,为解决防覆冰措施提供理论基础。(2)通过对特高压线路的覆冰故障案例研究。分析覆冰闪络故障发生的原因,找出线路覆冰的规律性。(3)分析研究绝缘子覆冰闪络的特性,找出解决防覆冰治理方案。(4)输电线路防覆冰技术的研究。结合河南电网所采用的防覆冰措施,针对特高压输电线路绝缘子特点,提出有针对性防覆冰治理措施。
[Abstract]:Due to the impact of global climate change, in recent years, China has frequently experienced extremely bad weather, and the transmission lines have suffered many ice-coated failures. What is more, in February 2008, In most parts of southern China, severe snow and ice conditions have occurred on a large scale, resulting in a major disaster in the power grid and a serious impact on transportation, electricity, communications and the lives of the people in the affected areas. Therefore, it is urgent to study the ice-coated principle and anti-icing technology of transmission lines. With the rapid development of national UHV power grid construction, the safe and stable operation of UHV power grid is the most important in the future backbone grid. Starting from the icing failure of the first 1000 kV UHV AC test demonstration project in China, this paper analyzes the causes of the failure, studies the icing theory at home and abroad, and summarizes various anti-icing measures. It provides a reference for anti-icing treatment of UHV transmission lines in the future. The main work of this paper includes four aspects: 1) basic theory research on icing of transmission lines. This paper introduces in detail the types of icing, the mechanism of icing and the factors affecting the icing of transmission lines, which provides a theoretical basis for solving the icing prevention measures. (2) A case study on icing faults of UHV lines is carried out. The cause of icing flashover fault is analyzed, the regularity of line icing is found out, the characteristics of insulator icing flashover is analyzed and the anti-icing treatment scheme is found out. In view of the insulator characteristics of UHV transmission line, the anti-icing measures are put forward according to the anti-icing measures adopted in Henan power grid.
