开关磁阻直线电机设计与分析研究

【摘要】:本文在分析总结直线电机发展现状的基础上,给出了旋转电机演变为圆筒直线电机的过程,并描述了开关磁阻直线电机的工作原理和基本物理方程。在Flux软件平台上搭建了单相开关磁阻直线电机的有限元计算模型,并对电机的结构参数进行分析,得到了电机最大出力和平均出力分别随着动子壁厚度、动子齿长度、动子内径、定子轭厚度及气隙厚度变化的趋势,总结出了电机结构参数对电磁力的影响规律。分析了各向异性材料对电机出力的影响,仿真结果也说明了电机有限元分析时要把材料的各向同性设为假设条件的重要性。在Matlab/Simulink仿真平台上,搭建了开关磁阻直线电机控制系统的非线性仿真模型,将有限元软件计算得到的静态磁链数据和磁共能数据导入查找表中,计算相电流和电磁力。在此基础上,将仿真结果与硬件平台实验测试结果进行比照,结果表明,仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合,验证了仿真模型的可靠性,,并进一步证明了本文给出的设计方法是正确有效的。在本文所设计电机的基础上指出了电机结构进一步改进的方案:在电机内部加入不导磁环,将电机磁路分割为两个小磁路,改进后电机的单位体积平均出力和单位重量平均出力明显提高。最后,对全文工作进行了总结,并指出了下一步工作的方向。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing and summing up the development of linear motor, this paper presents the evolution process of rotating motor into cylinder linear motor, and describes the working principle and basic physical equation of switched reluctance linear motor. The finite element calculation model of single-phase switched reluctance linear motor is built on the platform of Flux, and the structural parameters of the motor are analyzed. The maximum output force and the average output force of the motor are obtained with the thickness of the moving sub-wall and the length of the moving tooth, respectively. The influence of motor structure parameters on electromagnetic force is summarized by the changing trend of rotor inner diameter stator yoke thickness and air gap thickness. The influence of anisotropic material on the motor force is analyzed. The simulation results also show the importance of using isotropy as a hypothetical condition in the finite element analysis of the motor. The nonlinear simulation model of switched reluctance linear motor control system is built on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform. The static flux data and magnetic common energy data obtained by finite element software are imported into the lookup table to calculate the phase current and electromagnetic force. On this basis, the simulation results are compared with the experimental results of the hardware platform. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the reliability of the simulation model is verified. Furthermore, it is proved that the design method presented in this paper is correct and effective. On the basis of the motor designed in this paper, the paper points out the scheme of further improvement of the motor structure: adding an unmagnetic ring to the motor, dividing the motor magnetic circuit into two small magnetic circuits, After the improvement, the average output force per unit volume and average output force per unit weight of the motor are obviously increased. Finally, the paper summarizes the work and points out the direction of the next work.
