宝钢电厂机组定期检修的改进方案与实施策略

【摘要】:发电机组检修是确保发电设备状态和可靠性的重要保障,是发电企业创造经济效益的基础。传统的发电设备检修方法,主要是计划检修和事故检修,但会存在过维修或欠维修等问题,容易造成人力、物力、财力的浪费。以设备状态诊断监测为基础的状态检修方法具有较大的优点,但由于实际条件的限制,在发电机组上推行全面的状态检修不具有真正的实际意义。在经过理论知识的研究和现状分析后,针对宝钢电厂机组定期检修存在的问题和难点,本文提出了建立标准化检修工作体系的设想,明确了所涉及到的标准化检修总体要求、检修准备、过程管理、评价和总结等方面要求,阐述了检修文件包在现场的实际运用,明确了在定期检修基础上推进状态检修的具体方法和检修标准动态完善的实施要点,对定期检修的组织机构和职能进行了优化改进。同时,通过对检修实施过程的研究,本文从检修计划确定、状态项目编制、过程进度控制、变更调整控制等方面明确了相应的实施策略,还重点对机组定期检修所面临的风险进行了全面分析,逐一制定了控制措施,并从现场作业风险控制角度优化了相关管理流程。通过对宝钢电厂机组定期检修改进方案和实施策略的研究,根据当前实际状况,有选择地开展部分主要设备的状态检修,将之与机组定期检修相结合,并提高机组定期检修计划的过程控制,是一个较为现实的解决手段。建立标准化检修工作体系,灵活运用检修文件包,职责分明的组织机制,统一有效的过程控制与变更调整等策略的实施,是实现机组定期检修改进的可行手段。
[Abstract]:Generator maintenance is an important guarantee to ensure the status and reliability of generating equipment, and is the basis of generating enterprises to create economic benefits. The traditional methods of power generation equipment maintenance are mainly planned maintenance and accident maintenance, but there are some problems such as overmaintenance or undermaintenance, which can easily lead to waste of manpower, material resources and financial resources. Condition-based condition maintenance method based on equipment condition diagnosis and monitoring has great advantages, but due to the limitation of practical conditions, it is not of real practical significance to carry out comprehensive condition maintenance on generator sets. After the research of theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the present situation, aiming at the problems and difficulties existing in the periodic maintenance of units in Baosteel Power Plant, this paper puts forward the idea of establishing a standardized maintenance work system, and clarifies the general requirements of the standardization maintenance involved. The requirements of maintenance preparation, process management, evaluation and summarization are discussed. The actual application of maintenance document package in the field is expounded, and the specific method of advancing condition based maintenance on the basis of regular maintenance and the key points of dynamic improvement of maintenance standard are defined. The organization and function of regular maintenance are optimized and improved. At the same time, through the study of maintenance implementation process, this paper clarifies the corresponding implementation strategy from maintenance plan determination, status project preparation, process schedule control, change adjustment control and so on. The paper also analyzes the risk of unit maintenance and repair on a regular basis, formulates control measures one by one, and optimizes the related management flow from the point of view of field operation risk control. Through the research on the improvement scheme and implementation strategy of unit periodic maintenance in Baosteel Power Plant, according to the current actual situation, the condition maintenance of some main equipment is selectively carried out, which is combined with the regular maintenance of the unit. It is a practical solution to improve the process control of unit maintenance schedule. The establishment of standardized maintenance work system, the flexible use of overhaul files, the organization mechanism with distinct responsibilities, the implementation of unified and effective process control and change adjustment are the feasible means to realize the improvement of unit maintenance and repair on a regular basis.
