利用辅助槽削弱齿槽力的方法研究

【摘要】:针对圆筒型永磁直线电机存在齿槽力的问题,先得出了气隙磁场强度的解析公式,再依据气隙磁场强度的解析公式采用能量法推导出了齿槽力解析公式。对齿槽力解析公式进行傅里叶分解,得到了开辅助槽对齿槽力的影响规律。研究表明,为了削弱齿槽力,当N p(齿槽力周期数)=1时,开任意辅助槽数必须选择与之相对应的极弧系数;当N p≠1时,开辅助槽数应使得对齿槽力有影响的傅里叶分解系数变为零。通过样机实验研究,验证了选择合理的辅助槽数能够削弱齿槽力。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of slot force in cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor, the analytical formula of air gap magnetic field intensity is obtained first, and then the analytic formula of tooth slot force is derived by energy method. The influence of auxiliary groove on the force of tooth slot is obtained by Fourier decomposition of the analytic formula of tooth groove force.
