中压三电平IGCT变频器主电路系统研究与研发

【摘要】:电平IGCT变频器代表了高性能大功率中压传动变频器的主流发展方向,开展高性能大功率三电平IGCT中压传动变频器的自主开发,实现关键技术突破,打破国外垄断和技术封锁,填补国内技术空白,提高冶金轧机、船舶推进等核心装备系统的自主配套能力,减少对关键进口设备的依赖,对于完善国家工业体系、振兴民族产业、保障国防建设具有战略意义。本文首先详细介绍了变频器核心功率部件-IGCT的物理结构以及工作原理,并在性能与GTO(门极换流品闸管)进行比较,阐述了IGCT器件在中压大功率变频应用中的技术优势。其次介绍了自主研发的9MW大功率中压三电平IGCT变频器的主电路结构,各重要电气部件的构成和工作原理。接下来结合理论计算和工程实践经验,对变频器关键元器件的选型进行了分析,给出了包括IGCT元件、续流二极管、吸收部件、直流支撑电容、功率电阻等元器件基本参数的计算公式和选型原则。紧接着对变频器的对拖试验结果进行简要介绍,试验结果表明变频器的主要技术指标完全达到了技术规格书的要求,产品研制是成功的。论文主要从变频器的工程化实践出发,通过结合样机试验的方式,设计出具有完全自主知识产权的大功率9MW大功率中压三电平IGCT变频器,并为今后其新一代的产品设计与开发提供参考。
[Abstract]:The level IGCT inverter represents the mainstream development direction of the high performance high power medium voltage drive frequency converter. The independent development of the high performance high power three level IGCT medium voltage drive inverter is carried out, the key technology breakthrough is realized, and the foreign monopoly and technology blockade are broken. To fill in the gaps in domestic technology, to improve the independent supporting capacity of the core equipment systems such as metallurgical rolling mills and ship propulsion, and to reduce reliance on key imported equipment, so as to improve the national industrial system and revitalize the national industry. Ensuring national defense construction is of strategic significance. In this paper, the physical structure and working principle of the inverter's core power component -IGCT are introduced in detail, and the performance of the converter is compared with that of the GTO-IGCT. The technical advantages of the IGCT device in the application of medium-voltage and high-power frequency conversion are described. Secondly, this paper introduces the main circuit structure of 9MW high power middle voltage three level IGCT converter, the composition and working principle of each important electrical component. Then, combined with theoretical calculation and engineering experience, the selection of key components of frequency converter is analyzed, including IGCT components, continuous current diodes, absorption components, DC supporting capacitors. Calculation formula and selection principle of basic parameters of components such as power resistance. The test results show that the main technical specifications of the converter fully meet the requirements of the technical specifications, and the product development is successful. Based on the engineering practice of the inverter, this paper designs a high-power 9MW high-power medium-voltage three-level IGCT converter with full intellectual property rights by combining with the prototype test. And for the future of its new generation of product design and development to provide a reference.
