基于数字化电厂的管控一体化软件工程监理方法研究

【摘要】:管控系统一体化软件工程的实施工作具有多样性与复杂性,论文根据现有数字化电厂建设监理模式中的组建原则、工作流程及报告要求,结合火电厂应用软件研发项目的客观要求,开展基于数字化火电厂的管控系统一体化项目监理方法研究。将数字化电厂的先进理念融入到管控系统一体化软件工程建设的过程中,利用MIS系统的直观性与实时性,使整个系统的建设过程清晰、完整、立体地呈现在业主和研发单位面前,探索包含技术咨询、制度建设等服务内容在内的现代监理方法和应用路线。诣在解决业主单位和开发单位在软件研发过程中信息不对称的问题,发挥监理的第三方专业服务优势,为提高项目质量提供有效用的质量监督报告及改进方案。
[Abstract]:The implementation of management and control system integrated software engineering is diverse and complex. According to the principles of construction supervision, workflow and reporting requirements of the existing digital power plant construction supervision model, According to the objective requirements of the application software research and development project of thermal power plant, the project supervision method of integrated management and control system based on digital thermal power plant is studied. The advanced idea of digital power plant is integrated into the process of software engineering construction of integrated management and control system. The process of construction of the whole system is clear and complete by using the intuitiveness and real-time of MIS system. In the presence of owners and R & D units, the author explores the modern supervision methods and application routes including technical consultation, system construction and other service contents. To solve the problem of information asymmetry in the process of software development, to bring into play the advantages of the third party professional service of supervision, to provide effective quality supervision report and improvement scheme for improving the quality of the project.
