大型汽轮发电机组振动故障诊断系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:汽轮发电机组的故障诊断是实现状态维修工作的重要一环,故障诊断得出的状态评价信息对设备的运行和维护具有重要的指导作用。近年来,我国电网和机组结构愈发复杂,汽轮发电机组振动故障时有发生,严重影响机组的安全、经济运行。本文研究和设计汽轮发电机组振动故障诊断系统,及时、准确的评价机组的运行状态,是机组安全、连续运行的重要保证。本文的主要研究内容如下: (1)对转子热弯曲、转子动静碰磨、转子裂纹和汽流激振这4种故障进行了故障模式影响分析,给出了它们的知识总结,这是建立故障知识库、以便模拟专家思维方式对故障进行推理诊断的重要一环。 (2)对振动故障诊断系统进行了总体构架。研究了系统的数据采集与处理技术;通过将UDP与FTP协议相结合,提出了一种新的振动实时数据的传输方法,克服了基于UDP协议进行数据传输的容量限制问题,使得与振动有关数据在传输过程中的安全性和可靠性增加;采用一种基于双参数的不确定性规则表示方法进行故障的模糊推理,为故障诊断专家系统的开发奠定了理论基础。 (3)采用Delphi7与SQL Server2000完成整个振动故障诊断系统的开发工作。主要包括知识库管理模块、诊断推理模块以及故障诊断结果管理模块。介绍了各个模块的组成和功能,同时给出了某些功能模块的界面。以某机组碰磨故障为例,在开发的系统中进行故障推理和诊断,结果表明本文开发的振动故障诊断系统可以较为科学的诊断出机组振动故障,具有较为广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:The fault diagnosis of turbogenerator is an important part of condition maintenance. The status evaluation information obtained from fault diagnosis plays an important role in the operation and maintenance of equipment. In recent years, the structure of power grid and unit in China has become more and more complex, and the vibration faults of turbogenerator have occurred frequently, which seriously affected the safety and economic operation of the unit. This paper studies and designs the vibration fault diagnosis system of turbine-generator set, which is an important guarantee for the safe and continuous operation of the turbine generator unit. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: In this paper, four kinds of faults, such as rotor thermal bending, rotor dynamic and static rubbing, rotor crack and steam flow excitation, are analyzed and their knowledge is summarized, which is the establishment of fault knowledge base. In order to simulate the expert thinking mode of reasoning fault diagnosis is an important part. 2) the overall frame of the vibration fault diagnosis system is presented. The data acquisition and processing technology of the system is studied, and a new method of vibration real time data transmission is proposed by combining UDP with FTP protocol, which overcomes the limitation of data transmission capacity based on UDP protocol. The safety and reliability of the vibration-related data in the transmission process are increased, and the fuzzy reasoning based on the uncertainty rule representation method based on two parameters is adopted, which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the fault diagnosis expert system. Delphi7 and SQL Server2000 are used to complete the development of the whole vibration fault diagnosis system. It mainly includes knowledge base management module, diagnosis reasoning module and fault diagnosis result management module. The composition and function of each module are introduced, and the interface of some functional modules is given. The vibration fault diagnosis system developed in this paper can diagnose the vibration fault scientifically and have a broad application prospect.
