LED台灯的设计与研究

【摘要】:科技部于2012年5月发布了《半导体照明科技发展“十二五”专项规划(征求意见稿)》,欲以亿元资金支持“十城万盏”示范城市,并提出到2015年,半导体产值规模达到5000亿元。LED作为新一代绿色照明光源,具有其它光源无可比拟的优势,正逐渐取代其它传统光源,并在照明领域引发了一场技术革命,同时给灯具设计指明了新的方向。然而,LED技术还没有完全成熟,依然存在一些技术难题,如提高出光效率、优化散热结构等。在目前的台灯市场上,只是仅仅利用了LED光源独有的优势,忽略了其存在的可能会影响到灯具的发光和寿命的因素。 在本台灯的设计过程中,从LED技术的基本问题出发,以提高LED出光效率和优化其散热结构作为切入点,分析社会发展现状、经济基础、科学技术进步等因素,总结人们消费水平的提高和消费观念的转化,得出人们对台灯产品的追求与渴望,寻找LED台灯的价值机会。本文通过数值模拟测试发现,LED台灯需要设计散热结构才能保证其正常的出光效果和使用寿命。于是设计了LED台灯的散热结构,利用数值模拟进行参数优化。 LED台灯实现基本功能的同时,,需兼具审美价值。LED台灯的结构设计是支撑整个系统运作的关键,结构的合理性可以完成特定的功能,结构单元的变化及其结构单元之间的连接方式不同又可以引导出不同的外形设计,结构的创新在一定范围内可实现产品外形的创新。同时,造型对结构有一定的包容性,在结构确定的基础上,进行整个外形的设计。LED台灯的功能需要合理的结构设计来实现,特定的结构是产品成型的支撑基础,台灯的结构与造型具有相关性,以结构引导造型、探究结构对造型的影响是本文的核心研究路线。在整个设计过程,围绕结构和造型的相互作用,最终完成LED台灯的结构和造型的设计。
[Abstract]:In May 2012, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Semiconductor Lighting Science and Technology (draft for comments), which aims to support the demonstration city of "100,000 cities" with 100 million yuan, and put forward the proposal by 2015. Semiconductor output value has reached 500 billion yuan. Led as a new generation of green lighting light source, with unparalleled advantages of other light sources, is gradually replacing other traditional light sources, and has triggered a technological revolution in the field of lighting. At the same time, it gives a new direction to the design of lamps and lanterns. However, the LED technology is not fully mature, there are still some technical problems, such as improving the efficiency of light, optimizing the structure of heat dissipation and so on. In the current market of table lamps, only the unique advantages of LED light sources are utilized, and the factors that may affect the luminescence and lifetime of lamps are ignored. In the design process of this lamp, starting from the basic problems of LED technology, taking improving the efficiency of LED light and optimizing its heat dissipation structure as the breakthrough point, analyzing the social development status, economic base, scientific and technological progress and other factors, By summing up the improvement of people's consumption level and the transformation of consumption concept, this paper draws a conclusion that people's pursuit and desire for lamp products and the value opportunities of LED lamp. In this paper, it is found by numerical simulation that the heat dissipation structure of LED lamp is needed to ensure its normal luminous effect and service life. The heat dissipation structure of LED lamp was designed, and the parameters were optimized by numerical simulation. At the same time, the structure design of the LED lamp is the key to support the operation of the whole system, and the rationality of the structure can accomplish the specific function. The change of structural unit and the connection between structural elements can lead to different shape design. The innovation of structure can realize the innovation of product shape in a certain range. At the same time, the modeling has certain inclusiveness to the structure, on the basis of the structure determination, the function of the whole shape design .LED desk lamp needs reasonable structure design to realize, the specific structure is the support foundation of the product forming, The structure of the lamp is related to the modeling. It is the core research route of this paper to guide the modeling and explore the influence of the structure on the modeling. In the whole design process, the structure and shape of LED lamp are designed around the interaction of structure and modeling.
