台州电业局输变电设备状态评估及状态检修策略的研究

【摘要】:随着我国电力体制改革的不断深化、电力市场的日益开放,供电企业必须以优质的服务,安全可靠的供电来吸引电力用户。 本文在对台州电业局输变电设备检修模式分析基础上,归纳出台州电业局关于输变电设备的运行状态和对实际输变电设备状态综合分析和评估,得出台州电业局目前输变电设备检修管理上所存在的部分问题,从而得到台州电业局在输变电设备检修管理上需全面展开状态检修工作。通过电力设备状态检修的转变,可以克服台州电业局目前存在的大部分问题,降低设备管理的成本,减少检修人员的工作量,使得检修工作可以很方便的开展。接着本文对台州电业局状态检修进行必要性和可行性的论证,并给出了相应的实施步骤,在输变电设备状态评估时,采用定量的方法,在评估结果的基础上给出了设备状态检修的策略和状态检修制度建设方面的建议。 最后,从台州电业局输变电设备现有状态检修方式,从成立以状态检修评估体系、完善建立统一的信息化检修管理平台和积极引进先进的在线监测技术提出一些相关的实施建议,为其余地市局开展状态检修工作提供相应的借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the power system in China and the increasing opening of the electricity market, the power supply enterprises must attract the power users with high quality service and a safe and reliable power supply.
On the basis of the analysis of the maintenance mode of transmission and transformation equipment in Taizhou Electric Power Bureau, this paper sums up the operation state of the power transmission and transformation equipment in Taizhou Power Bureau and the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the state of the actual transmission and transformation equipment, and obtains some problems in the maintenance and maintenance management of the current transmission and transformation equipment of the Taizhou Electric Power Bureau, thus getting the Taizhou Electricity Bureau in the Bureau. In the maintenance management of transmission and transformation equipment, the state maintenance work needs to be carried out in an all-round way. Through the change of state maintenance of power equipment, most of the problems existing in the Taizhou Power Bureau can be overcome, the cost of equipment management is reduced, the workload of the maintenance personnel is reduced, and the maintenance work can be easily carried out. Then the article of this paper is on the Taizhou Power Bureau. The necessity and feasibility of state maintenance are demonstrated, and the corresponding implementation steps are given. In the evaluation of the state of transmission and transformation equipment, the quantitative method is adopted. On the basis of the evaluation results, the strategy of equipment condition maintenance and the construction of state maintenance system are given.
Finally, from the existing state maintenance mode of power transmission and transformation equipment in Taizhou Electric Power Bureau, some relevant suggestions are put forward from the establishment of a state based maintenance assessment system, the establishment of a unified information maintenance management platform and the active introduction of advanced online monitoring technology, which provide the corresponding reference for the rest of the Municipal Bureau.
