音频分析仪自动校准装置的建立

【摘要】：依照现行有效国家校准规范建立音频分析仪校准装置。随着科学技术以及智能仪器的发展,采用传统手工测量和记录的方式校准音频分析仪已不能满足实际需要。本文通过GPIB总线方式搭建通讯平台,开发基于LabView平台的自动校准系统,实现仪器自动校准控制。实现与LIMS实验室信息管理系统对接,完成仪器信息、校准数据等电子化管理。音频分析仪自动校准装置的建立为华东地区音频分析仪量值的统一和溯源提供可靠的技术保障。
[Abstract]:Establish an audio analyzer calibration device in accordance with the current effective national calibration code. With the development of science and technology and intelligent instruments, the calibration of audio analyzer by traditional manual measurement and recording method can not meet the actual needs. In this paper, a communication platform based on GPIB bus is built, and an automatic calibration system based on LabView is developed to realize the automatic calibration control of the instrument. Realize docking with LIMS laboratory information management system, complete electronic management of instrument information and calibration data. The establishment of automatic calibration device for audio analyzer provides reliable technical guarantee for the unification and traceability of the quantity of audio analyzer in East China.
