变电站智能组件的电磁兼容性能评估及防护措施研究

【摘要】:随着国家电网公司智能电网建设的不断推进,变电站内智能组件种类越来越多,现场运行时会遭遇各种电磁骚扰。在变电站有限的电磁环境内设备之间能否实现电磁兼容共存成为智能电网的焦点。为了确保变电站内智能组件的安全稳定运行,对其所处位置的电磁环境进行测量、分析、建模、评估,进而提出抗电磁干扰措施。本文首先利用层次分析和模糊综合评价相结合的方法分析了变电站智能组件抗电磁干扰性能指标,建立了变电站智能组件抗电磁干扰性能综合评价指标体系。其次,利用基于有限元分析法的Ansoft HFSS软件,对智能组件的二次电缆走线盒仿真建模,分析了缝隙宽度、搭接长度等参数对走线盒屏蔽效能的影响,利用波导理论给出了物理解释。提出了—种插槽式的二次电缆走线盒,增加走线盒的凹槽、屏蔽弹片以及搭接接处的金属裸露等措施,对电磁泄漏起到了极大的抑制作用。而分散接地,对GIS外壳地电位升起到了很好的抑制作用。最后,分析了在高频情况下电磁干扰(EMI)电源滤波器的插入损耗,提出了提高插入损耗的方法。为了同时达到防浪涌和滤除高频骚扰的要求,设计了组合式浪涌抑制电路,实验证明了电路的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of smart grid construction in State Grid Corporation, there are more and more kinds of intelligent components in substations, which will encounter various electromagnetic disturbances. It is the focus of smart grid to realize EMC coexistence in the limited electromagnetic environment of substation. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of intelligent components in substation, the electromagnetic environment of its location is measured, analyzed, modeled and evaluated, and the anti-electromagnetic interference measures are put forward. In this paper, the anti-electromagnetic interference performance index of substation intelligent component is analyzed by using the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the comprehensive evaluation index system of substation intelligent component anti-electromagnetic interference performance is established. Secondly, using the Ansoft HFSS software based on finite element analysis, the simulation model of the secondary cable cabling box of intelligent component is established, and the influence of gap width and lap length on the shielding efficiency of the cable-box is analyzed. The physical explanation is given by using waveguide theory. Some measures, such as a kind of slot type secondary cable wiring box, the increase of the groove of the line box, the shielding of the shrapnel and the metal exposed in the lap joint, are put forward, which can greatly restrain the electromagnetic leakage. And dispersed grounding, the GIS shell potential rise to a good inhibition. Finally, the insertion loss of EMI power filter in high frequency is analyzed, and the method to increase the insertion loss is proposed. In order to meet the requirements of both anti-surge and filtering high-frequency disturbance, a combined surge suppression circuit is designed. The experimental results show that the circuit is effective.
