全控混合桥式超导限流器的设计与验证

【摘要】:由于电力系统容量不断地增大,导致系统潜在的短路电流水平也相应提高。过高的潜在短路电流给电网及其中的设备带来极大地安全隐患。近年来,超导限流器不断发展起来,被公认为是限制故障电流的理想装置。随着电力电子技术的迅速发展,电力电子超导限流器尤其是桥路型超导限流器成为了限流器研究的一个热点。本文在总结了目前超导限流器发展状况的基础上,对多种桥路型超导限流器的原理和优缺点进行了分析,设计了一种新型的桥路型超导限流器--全控混合桥式超导限流器。此限流器解决了普通桥路型超导限流器不能限制稳态故障电流、晶闸管桥路型超导限流器响应时间较长、双绕组桥路型超导限流器装置笨重等问题。本文主要内容如下:1.简要介绍了超导限流器的发展背景、发展状况及桥路型超导限流器的相关技术和特点。2.对比传统桥式超导限流器,分析了本文所设计的桥路型超导限流器的优势,然后对其进行了工作原理说明、数学理论分析、仿真建模及特性分析。3.然后本文就所设计的限流器进行了简单的应用探讨,设计了一个发电侧直接输电到用户侧的低压超导交流供电系统,结合该系统研究了对应的限流器的设计思路及系统中限流器的特性。4.本文最后,制备开发了一个全控混合桥式限流器的实验验证模型,并对其软硬件设计进行了说明;通过验证模型的实验结果与仿真结果的对比,证实了该限流器的可行性。
[Abstract]:As the capacity of power system increases, the potential short-circuit current level increases accordingly. Too high potential short-circuit current brings a great security hazard to the power network and its equipment. In recent years, superconducting current limiter has been developed and is recognized as an ideal device to limit fault current. With the rapid development of power electronics technology, power electronic superconducting current limiter, especially bridge type superconducting current limiter, has become a hotspot in the research of current limiter. On the basis of summarizing the development of superconducting current limiter at present, this paper analyzes the principle, advantages and disadvantages of various bridge type superconducting current limiter, and designs a new bridge type superconducting current limiter-full control hybrid bridge superconducting current limiter. The current limiter solves the problems that the common bridge superconducting current limiter can not limit the steady fault current, the thyristor bridge superconducting current limiter has a longer response time and the double winding bridge superconducting current limiter is cumbersome. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper briefly introduces the development background of superconducting current limiter, the development situation and the related technology and characteristics of bridge type superconducting current limiter. Compared with the traditional bridge superconducting current limiter, the advantages of the bridge superconducting current limiter designed in this paper are analyzed, and the working principle, mathematical theory analysis, simulation modeling and characteristic analysis of the bridge superconducting current limiter are explained. Then, this paper discusses the application of the designed current limiter, and designs a low-voltage superconducting AC power supply system with direct transmission from the generator side to the user side. Combined with this system, the design idea of the corresponding current limiter and the characteristics of the current limiter in the system are studied. Finally, an experimental verification model of a fully controlled hybrid bridge current limiter is developed, and its hardware and software design is illustrated. The feasibility of the current limiter is verified by comparing the experimental results with the simulation results.
