诸暨市供电公司10kV配电网供电可靠性分析与提升

【摘要】:当前中国经济的迅猛发展,人们对于供电质量以及不问断供电的要求与日俱增,发达国家如德国年平均停电时间仅有16分钟,间断供电时间仅0.01%。我国目前供电能力还达不到这一水平。因此,需要使用切实可行的配网自动化技术来实现故障的快速隔离和恢复供电。同时国家电网公司及各地供电公司对供配电网自动化程度也有了新的要求。由此使近年来研究的热门领域之配电动化课题进一步升温,目前配电系统自动化的常规定义是现代计算机技术和现代信息技术在配电网内的实际应用。通过研究实现配电系统自动化的建设能够有效提高配电网可靠性和供电质量,配合搞好智能化电网建设,进一步保障供电与用电双方的合法利益。本文是作者结合参与诸暨地区配电系统自动化试点工程建设,对相关工作工程技术问题和工作成果进行分析、提炼和总结后完成的。本文介绍了配电系统自动化在诸暨市区前期研究工作及工程实际应用,分析了配电自动化定义、理论意义和主要功能,探讨了合理的城市配电网网络结构及与之匹配的保护配置方案,并在此基础上探讨了配电自动化实现的手段及基本功能、配电馈线自动化的主要的通信方式和基本原理。之后,对已确定的诸暨市试点区域的配电网结构和配电网信息化进行核实,并对配电自动化试点的建设需求进行明确。作者提出了试点区域内信息化网络全覆盖、全局管控及分布式想法的配电自动化的联合模式。根据各个不同分站的各种不同的网站结构地域特色,构想出采用以智能电网宽带无线专网,太无源光网络光纤专网还有电力载波三种不同模式相结合的通信方案;另外还根据馈线自动化的技术发展和诸暨各个试点地区的实况,为实现配电网自我修复,相对可靠性比较高的供电区域以主站集中式馈线自动化为主、开关站就地式馈线自动化为辅的方式展开。本文以诸暨地区当前区域为基础,设计了配电系统自动化的改造方案,改设计方案通过多名企业资深工程师、技术人才的讨论研究,并在导师的帮助指导下完成,对城市的配电自动化的建设与完善提供了一份参考样本。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the demand for power supply quality and power supply is increasing day by day. In developed countries such as Germany, the average annual blackout time is only 16 minutes, and the discontinuous power supply time is only 0.01 minutes. China's current power supply capacity is not up to this level. Therefore, it is necessary to use feasible automatic distribution network technology to realize fast isolation of faults and restore power supply. At the same time, the State Grid Company and local power supply companies have new requirements for distribution automation. As a result, the topic of distribution dynamics in the hot field of research in recent years has been further heated up. At present, the conventional definition of distribution system automation is the practical application of modern computer technology and modern information technology in distribution network. The construction of distribution system automation can effectively improve the reliability and quality of distribution network, cooperate with the construction of intelligent power network, and further protect the legitimate interests of both power supply and power supply. This paper is based on the author's participation in the construction of Zhuji district distribution system automation pilot project, analyzes the technical problems and results of relevant work engineering, and extracts and summarizes the results. This paper introduces the research work and practical application of distribution system automation in Zhuji urban area, and analyzes the definition, theoretical significance and main functions of distribution automation. This paper discusses the reasonable network structure of urban distribution network and the corresponding protection configuration scheme. On this basis, it discusses the means and basic functions of distribution automation, the main communication mode and basic principle of distribution feeder automation. After that, the distribution network structure and distribution network information of the selected pilot area of Zhuji city are verified, and the construction requirements of distribution automation pilot project are clarified. In this paper, the authors put forward a joint mode of distribution automation with full coverage, global control and distributed idea in the pilot area. According to the different site structure and regional characteristics of different sub-stations, a communication scheme combining three different modes of smart grid broadband wireless private network, too passive optical network and three different modes of power carrier is proposed. In addition, according to the technical development of feeder automation and the actual situation of each pilot area in Zhuji, in order to realize self-repair of distribution network, the main station centralized feeder automation is the main power supply area with relatively high reliability. Switch station local feeder automation auxiliary way to expand. Based on the current area of Zhuji area, this paper designs the transformation scheme of distribution system automation, which is completed through the discussion and research of many senior engineers and technical talents in enterprises, and under the help of the tutor. It provides a reference sample for the construction and perfection of distribution automation in the city.
