杭州后蒲220kV智能变电站的设计及应用

【摘要】:随着经济不断发展,社会也在不断的进步,新型设备和新兴科学技术不断涌现,社会发展所需的电力能源也不断增加。电力系统运行的稳定和安全是维持社会持续发展的重要条件,因此实现智能电网是必需的,智能变电站的建设成为基础和前提,也是电力系统变电站发展的必然趋势。智能变电站是利用智能化的设备,智能调节且实时控制电网,实现电网安全运行,对整个电力系统都有着极其重要的作用,必须重视此环节的建设和运行。 实现变电站的智能化建设,变电站的智能化设计是重中之重,其直接关系着智能变电站建设智能化、信息化与互动化水平的起点,因此,深入研究智能化变电站的设计理论,完成技术成熟稳定、可靠性与稳定性更高的智能变电站建设方案的优化设计,对于实现先进的智能变电站的建设有着重要意义,同时也对于智能电网的设计提供良好的理论基础。 本文对智能变电站设计理论与智能化设备进行深入的研究,同时也借鉴现有典型智能变电站的应用经验进行优化,对杭州后蒲220kV智能变电站的设计进行研究与规划。文章首先调研了智能变电站的研究、应用与发展现状,分析了智能变电站的典型配置方案与智能设备的研究现状;然后阐述了智能变电站的产生、定义、技术特征与体系结构,并根据变电站建设与运维工作的特点,阐明智能变电站设计原则与网络设计原则;系统研究电子互感器的结构、原理与特点,通过对不同电流与电压互感器进行比较,确定后蒲智能变电站电子互感器以及智能开关、智能终端等一次设备的配置方案;按照IEC61850规约,完成对后蒲站智能变电站体系结构、设备在线监测系统的设计;此外,重点分析了现有二次系统中保护与测控设计的应用现状,分析存在的问题,完成后蒲220kV变电站二次系统优化设计,实现对220kV保护与测控装置、站控层设备、站用交直流系统的一体化设计、并对保护故障信息系统与自动化系统、网络记录分析仪与故障录波系统、计算机监控系统与防误操作系统进行整合配置方案设计;对网络打印机、二次设备组屏优化、二次设备布置以及时钟同步系统进行了优化设计;文章最后对220kV智能变电站的配置方案进行了分析总结,指出所提方案可能存在的不足,其实用性仍需要在实际智能变电站建设中去检验与验证,并对未来智能变电站的发展与前景进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of society, new equipments and new science and technology are emerging constantly, and the power sources for social development are also increasing. The stability and safety of power system operation is an important condition to maintain the sustainable development of the society, so it is necessary to realize the smart grid. The construction of intelligent substation becomes the foundation and premise, and it is also the inevitable trend of the development of power system substation. Intelligent substation is to use intelligent equipment, intelligent regulation and real-time control of the grid, to achieve the safe operation of the grid, the entire power system has an extremely important role, we must pay attention to the construction and operation of this link. To realize the intelligent construction of substation, the intelligent design of substation is the most important, which is directly related to the starting point of intelligence, information and interaction level of intelligent substation construction. Therefore, the design theory of intelligent substation is deeply studied. It is of great significance to realize the construction of advanced intelligent substation by optimizing the construction scheme of intelligent substation with mature and stable technology and higher reliability and stability. At the same time, it also provides a good theoretical basis for the design of smart grid. In this paper, the theory of intelligent substation design and intelligent equipment are studied in depth. At the same time, the application experience of typical intelligent substation is optimized, and the design of Hangzhou Houpu 220kV intelligent substation is studied and planned. This paper first investigates the research, application and development of intelligent substation, analyzes the typical configuration scheme of intelligent substation and the research status of intelligent equipment, and then expounds the generation, definition, technical characteristics and architecture of intelligent substation. According to the characteristics of substation construction and operation and maintenance, the design principle and network design principle of intelligent substation are expounded, the structure, principle and characteristics of electronic transformer are systematically studied, and the different current and voltage transformers are compared. The configuration scheme of electronic transformer, intelligent switch, intelligent terminal and other primary equipment in Houpu intelligent substation is determined. According to the IEC61850 protocol, the system structure of the intelligent substation and the on-line monitoring system of the equipment are designed. The application status of protection and measurement and control design in the existing secondary system is analyzed emphatically, the existing problems are analyzed, the optimization design of the secondary system in the post 220kV substation is completed, and the 220kV protection and control device and the station control layer equipment are realized. The integrated design of AC / DC system and the integrated configuration scheme of the protection fault information system and the automation system, the network record analyzer and the fault recording system, the computer monitoring system and the anti-error operating system; The network printer, secondary equipment panel optimization, secondary equipment layout and clock synchronization system are optimized and designed. Finally, the configuration scheme of 220kV intelligent substation is analyzed and summarized, and the possible shortcomings of the proposed scheme are pointed out. Its practicability still needs to be checked and verified in the construction of practical intelligent substation, and the development and prospect of intelligent substation in the future are prospected.
