600MW超临界汽轮机组运行方式优化

【摘要】:在国家提出“节能减排”政策和颁布新修订的GB13223-2011《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》这一排放标准异常严格的背景下,在现有相当高效的超临界发电机组能耗和排放水平上,结合电网的负荷变化和电厂热力设备的实际运行状况,找出其中节能降耗潜力较大的部分进行全面深入的分析研究,得到机组热经济性最优的运行方式和运行参数基准值,从而达到节能的目的,并从另一方面也为减少污染物排放量和满足新的污染物排放标准做出一份贡献。本文以目前已成为国内火力发电主力的600MW超临界凝汽式湿冷机组为目标电厂,在充分研究汽轮机侧的热力系统变工况特性基础上,建立其变工况的物理模型和数学模型,以汽轮机负荷、大气条件为原始变量计算得出热力系统在机组变工况时某一工况的重要热力参数。将已知的热力参数代入汽轮发电机组特定的热耗率计算模型,利用MATLAB的优化程序,计算出在汽轮机不同运行方式下,汽轮发电机组特定热耗率最低时的最优运行参数,经过对理论上无限多个的工况点进行比较,得出某一工况下机组最佳的运行方式和运行参数,然后通过曲线拟合,得到在不同的汽轮机负荷和典型季节的大气参数条件下汽轮机发电机组的最优运行方式。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the "energy saving and emission reduction" policy proposed by the state and the promulgation of the newly revised GB13223-2011 Emission Standard for Atmospheric pollutants in Thermal Power plants, under the background of unusually strict emission standards, the energy consumption and emission level of the existing supercritical generating units are quite efficient. Combined with the load change of the power network and the actual operation condition of the thermal equipment in the power plant, we find out the part with great potential for energy saving and consumption reduction for comprehensive and in-depth analysis and study, and obtain the optimal operation mode and the operating parameter reference value of the unit thermal economy. In order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation, and on the other hand, to reduce the emissions of pollutants and meet the new emission standards of pollutants to make a contribution. In this paper, the 600MW supercritical condensing type wet cooling unit, which has become the main force of domestic thermal power generation at present, is taken as the target power plant. On the basis of fully studying the characteristics of the thermodynamic system on the steam turbine side, the physical and mathematical models of the variable working condition are established. Taking turbine load and atmospheric condition as original variables, the important thermodynamic parameters of the thermodynamic system under a certain working condition are obtained. The known thermodynamic parameters are substituted into the specific heat consumption rate calculation model of the turbine generator set, and the optimal operating parameters of the turbine generator set with the lowest specific heat consumption rate under different operation modes of the turbine are calculated by using the optimization program of MATLAB. Through the comparison of infinite number of operating points in theory, the optimal operation mode and operating parameters of the unit under a certain working condition are obtained, and then the curve fitting is carried out. The optimal operation mode of steam turbine generator is obtained under the conditions of different turbine loads and atmospheric parameters of typical seasons.
