湖南特高压交直流混合电网网架构建研究

【摘要】:特高压交、直流工程的建成投产能为一次能源匮乏的湖南输入电能,减少电力缺额,缓解能源紧张的问题,但也会给现有电网带来安全稳定运行的问题。在接纳特高压送入电力的同时,如何保证受端电网的安全稳定运行是目前电力系统稳定方向的研究重点。而系统的网络结构是影响系统稳定的决定性因素,因此在规划设计阶段就应确定合理的特高压工程建设时序,以提高网络结构的可靠性和系统的安全稳定水平。 本文首先简单阐述了湖南省的经济发展状况以及湖南电网的现状及特点,并分析了湖南电网目前存在的主要问题:一次能源缺乏,电力供应紧张;电源布局欠合理,受端系统支撑不足;水电比重偏大,增加电网运行方式调整难度;区外输入电量大幅增加,省间联络线长期重载运行。然后基于湖南电网2015年的电力需求预测结果,在无特高压投产的前提下进行电力电量平衡分析,发现湖南电网将出现电力供应缺口。而特高压的接入则可消除这一状况,减轻省间联络线上的潮流。另外,本文还从湖南电网的经营效益和购电成本两方面,分析了特高压工程入湘的经济性,证实特高压输电具有良好的经济性。 基于湖南电网2015年的规划数据,本文选取了夏季大负荷方式下的负荷水平,运用PSASP软件搭建了特高压交流先投产和特高压直流先投产两种建设时序的电网网架。然后,对各方案进行潮流计算、短路计算、静态安全分析和暂态稳定分析,以此分析评价各网架方案的合理性。此外,对计算中各方案电网出现的主要问题进行对比分析,并提出解决措施。通过比较两方案的计算分析结果,不难发现优先建设特高压交流线路更有利于湖南电网的安全稳定运行,且能提高省间联络线的输电能力。
[Abstract]:UHV AC, DC project can input electric energy for Hunan, which is short of primary energy, reduce the shortage of electric power and alleviate the problem of energy shortage, but it will also bring the problem of safe and stable operation to the existing power network. At the same time, how to ensure the safe and stable operation of the receiving power network is the focus of the research on the direction of power system stability. The network structure of the system is the decisive factor to influence the stability of the system. Therefore, the reasonable sequence of UHV project construction should be determined in the planning and design stage in order to improve the reliability of the network structure and the level of safety and stability of the system. In this paper, the economic development of Hunan Province and the current situation and characteristics of Hunan Power Grid are briefly described, and the main problems of Hunan Power Grid are analyzed: the lack of primary energy, the shortage of power supply, the unreasonable distribution of power supply. The receiving end system is not supported enough; the proportion of hydropower is on the high side, which makes it difficult to adjust the operation mode of the power grid; the input electricity quantity outside the area increases substantially, and the inter-provincial tie-line runs for a long time. Then, based on the forecast results of Hunan power demand in 2015, the power balance analysis without UHV is carried out, and it is found that there will be a shortage of power supply in Hunan power grid. The UHV access can eliminate this situation and alleviate the interprovincial tie-line trend. In addition, this paper also analyzes the economy of UHV project entering Hunan province from the aspects of operation benefit and purchase cost of Hunan power grid, and proves that UHV transmission has good economy. Based on the planning data of Hunan Power Grid in 2015, this paper selects the load level under the heavy load mode in summer, and uses PSASP software to set up two kinds of grid structure of UHV AC first production and UHV DC first put into production. Then, power flow calculation, short-circuit calculation, static safety analysis and transient stability analysis are carried out to analyze and evaluate the rationality of each scheme. In addition, the main problems in each scheme are compared and analyzed, and the solutions are put forward. By comparing the results of calculation and analysis of the two schemes, it is not difficult to find that priority construction of UHV AC lines is more conducive to the safe and stable operation of Hunan Power Grid, and can improve the transmission capacity of inter-provincial tie lines.
