变电运行安全管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着成都电力行业改革的不断深入,成都经济的快速发展和用电负荷的迅猛增长,成都电网规模随之不断扩大,新设备、新技术的广泛使用,电力设备的增多,使生产技术部所承担的任务安排日益繁重。变电运行安全管理系统的设计与实现,对优化原有管理流程,全面提升生产管理水平尤为重要。变电运行安全管理系统建立了一套完善的生产管理体系,使企业内部业务链间达到信息共享,环环相扣,优化了业务管理环节,规范了审批流程,从管理上加强了对任务的监控,提高了公司生产管理的水平。首先结合电力公司变电运行安全管理的现状来提出需求,结合国内外的变电运行安全管理现状来提出相应的要求,从而进行详细的分析和任务确立,细分和完善变电运行安全管理系统功能需求,建立用例分析和关系,在需求分析的基础上完成项目任务的确定,细分各个需求需要的功能和需要完成的任务。在完成对变电运行安全管理系统的需求把握之后,需要完成对变电运行安全管理系统体系架构和设计。在完成需求分析和任务的基础上,先完成整套体系的搭建,将整个电力公司变电运行安全管理系统分为7个大模块进行设计和实现,内容包括完成程序流程的规划和完成各个对象的关系,主要包括网络拓扑、状态估计、负荷预测、网络安全。完成上述两个步骤之后需要对系统的每个模块进行详细的代码编写工作,最后完成项目,进行变电运行安全管理系统各项功能的测试。测试部分主要包括二个方面的内容,即黑盒测试和白盒测试,黑盒测试主要是对变电运行安全管理系统功能的测试,白盒测试是要深入的分析变电运行安全管理系统的内部分支进行测试。该系统已经在电力公司投入使用,通过了实用化验收。在使用中得到了不断完善和改进,在安全生产工作中发挥了较好的作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of Chengdu electric power industry, the rapid development of Chengdu economy and the rapid growth of power load, the scale of Chengdu power network is expanding, the new equipment and new technology are widely used, and the power equipment is increasing. The task arrangement of the production technology department is becoming more and more onerous. The design and implementation of substation operation safety management system is particularly important to optimize the original management process and improve the production management level. The substation operation safety management system has set up a set of perfect production management system, which makes the internal business chain of the enterprise achieve information sharing, link with each other, optimize the business management link, standardize the examination and approval process. From the management to strengthen the task of monitoring, improve the level of production management of the company. First of all, according to the current situation of substation operation safety management in electric power companies to put forward the demand, combined with the domestic and foreign substation operation safety management situation to put forward the corresponding requirements, so as to carry out detailed analysis and task establishment, The functional requirements of substation operation safety management system are subdivided and perfected, and use case analysis and relationship are established. On the basis of requirement analysis, the project tasks are determined, and the required functions and tasks are subdivided. After completing the requirement of substation operation safety management system, it is necessary to complete the architecture and design of substation operation safety management system. On the basis of requirement analysis and task, the whole system is first built, and the whole power company substation operation safety management system is divided into seven modules to design and implement. The content includes the completion of the program flow planning and the completion of the relationship between the various objects, including network topology, state estimation, load forecasting, network security. After the completion of the above two steps, each module of the system needs to be written in detail, and finally the project is completed, and the functions of the safety management system for the substation operation are tested. The test part mainly includes two aspects: black box test and white box test. Black box test is mainly about the function test of substation safety management system. White box test is to analyze the internal branch of substation operation safety management system for testing. The system has been put into use in the power company, passed the practical acceptance. In use has been continuously improved and improved, in the work of safety has played a better role.
