8型抽油机用开关磁阻电机磁极结构优化设计

【摘要】:效率和转矩是影响开关磁阻电机运行的重要因素,高的工作效率及平稳转矩是开关磁阻电机优良工作性能的保证。将田口试验优化法引入电机设计领域,用正交试验法对8型立式抽油机用开关磁阻电机进行优化,选择合适的参数组合使得电机转矩及效率得到改善。
[Abstract]:Efficiency and torque are important factors that affect the operation of switched reluctance motor. High working efficiency and stable torque are the guarantee of excellent performance of switched reluctance motor. The optimization method of Taguchi test is introduced into the field of motor design, and the switched reluctance motor for 8 type vertical pumping unit is optimized by orthogonal test. The torque and efficiency of the motor are improved by choosing the appropriate combination of parameters.
