永磁直流电机的有限元分析

【摘要】:本文针对永磁直流电机的工作原理和设计方法进行了分析和研究,,设计了一台2极8槽永磁直流电动机。并应用Visual Basic语言,编制了一套电机的电磁场有限元分析程序。采用该有限元分析程序,对设计的永磁直流电机的性能进行了计算与分析,如果性能不合要求,调整电机的某些尺寸后,反复计算,直到电机的性能和设计经济性达到相对最优,从而确定为最终的设计方案。 首先,根据永磁直流电机的设计原理和设计经验,采用等效磁路法,初步确定了电机的结构尺寸。 然后,建立永磁直流电机的有限元数学模型,采用Visual Basic语言,编制了电磁场的二维有限元计算程序,并通过微型计算机调试通过。采用该有限元计算程序,对所设计的初始方案进行了性能核算,根据设计要求,对个别尺寸进行了调整。通过反复调整和核算后,确定了最终的设计方案。 最后,针对最终设计方案,应用有限元计算程序,算出了电机的运行特性,绘制出电机分别在空载和负载时的磁场分布图和气隙磁密曲线,负载时的电磁转矩曲线和工作特性曲线等。经对比部分计算结果与实验室测试数据,结果基本吻合。 此外,本文还介绍了所开发软件的特点、功能和使用方法。详细介绍了软件的设计步骤、设计流程和运行界面。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the working principle and design method of permanent magnet DC motor are analyzed and studied, and a 2-pole 8-slot permanent magnet DC motor is designed. Using Visual basic language, a finite element analysis program of electromagnetic field of motor is developed. The finite element analysis program is used to calculate and analyze the performance of the designed permanent magnet DC motor. If the performance is not up to requirements, some dimensions of the motor are adjusted and calculated repeatedly. First, according to the design principle and experience of permanent magnet DC motor, the equivalent magnetic circuit method is adopted. Then, the finite element mathematical model of permanent magnet DC motor is established, and the two-dimensional finite element calculation program of electromagnetic field is compiled by Visual basic language, and the program is debugged by microcomputer. Using the finite element calculation program, the performance of the initial scheme is calculated, and the individual dimensions are adjusted according to the design requirements. After repeated adjustment and calculation, the final design scheme is determined. Finally, the running characteristics of the motor are calculated by using finite element calculation program for the final design scheme. The magnetic field distribution diagram and air-gap magnetic density curve, the electromagnetic torque curve and the working characteristic curve of the motor under no load and load, respectively, are plotted. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data. In addition, this paper introduces the features, functions and usage of the software. The design steps, design flow and running interface of the software are introduced in detail.
