变电站直流电源智能监控系统研究及应用

【摘要】:变电站直流系统被称为变电站的动脉,它为变电站的开关电源、继电保护装置及自动化设备等提供电源,特别是在电力系统出现故障时为变电站的安全运行提供可靠的电力保证。当前,国家电网对直流系统的运行和管理都有严格的规范,其中7+2文件中更是对变电站直流系统的运行、管理维护工作提出来更加明确和严格的要求。 由于目前变电站综合自动化程度越来越高,并且无人值守变电站已成趋势,而直流电源系统直接为其他自动化装置提供基础的源动力,所以直流电源本身一但出现问题,随之而来的保护失灵、开关拒动、通道中断等后果不堪设想。近年来因直流电源题目导致的重大电力事故时有发生,导致重大的经济损失,直流远程监控系统也随之引出。 该论文结合现实状况以及出现的问题,研究和建立直流系统远程监控及维护,监控直流充电机运行状态、电池的单体电压、内阻、温度、控制母线电压、合闸母线电压、控制母线接地、空开跳闸检测等重要电源特性参数,还可远程进行蓄电池的充放电试验,通过声光报警的方式响应变电站直流电源状态的异常,还可通过以太网将变电站直流电源异常状态上报到监控中心。同时,还可通过短信方式通知相关责任人,使变电站直流电源的异常能够第一时间被发现,并能够得到及时处理,从而避免重大电力事故的发生。
[Abstract]:The DC system of a substation is called the artery of a substation. It supplies power to the switching power supply, relay protection device and automation equipment of the substation. Especially in the event of power system failure, it can provide reliable power guarantee for the safe operation of substation. At present, the State Grid has strict regulations on the operation and management of DC system, among which the operation and management and maintenance of DC system in substation are required more clearly and strictly in the 7.2 document. At present, the degree of comprehensive automation of substations is getting higher and higher, and the unattended substations have become a trend, and the DC power supply system directly provides the basic source power for other automation devices, so once the DC power supply itself appears, there is a problem. The following protection failure, switch failure, channel interruption and other consequences unthinkable. In recent years, the major electric power accidents caused by DC power supply problems occur frequently, resulting in significant economic losses, and the DC remote monitoring system also leads to. This paper studies and establishes the remote monitoring and maintenance of DC system, monitors the running state of DC charger, the cell voltage, internal resistance, temperature, control bus voltage, closing bus voltage, and so on. Important power characteristic parameters, such as controlling bus grounding and detecting air trip, can also be used to conduct battery charge and discharge tests remotely, and to respond to the abnormal state of DC power supply in substation by acousto-optic alarm. The abnormal status of DC power supply in substation can also be reported to the monitoring center by Ethernet. At the same time, it can also notify the relevant responsible person by short message, so that the anomaly of DC power supply in substation can be detected in the first time, and can be dealt with in time, so as to avoid the occurrence of major electric power accident.
