大型汽轮发电机组轴承油膜特性分析

【摘要】:汽轮机发电机组是电力工业的核心设备。滑动轴承作为汽轮发电机组的重要部件,其性能直接影响到汽轮机组的稳定运行,所以研究滑动轴承的油膜特性对于保证机组稳定运行具有重要意义。 本文以大型汽轮发电机组滑动轴承为研究对象,利用计算流体力学方法,计算并分析了滑动轴承的油膜特性。论文主要进行了以下三方面的工作:首先,建立了圆柱轴承、椭圆轴承及可倾瓦轴承的物理模型及数学模型,通过计算得到三种型式滑动轴承油膜的压力分布。在此基础上,对比分析了圆柱轴承、椭圆轴承及可倾瓦轴承各自油膜的压力特性,得到了关于三种轴承稳定性的结论。其次,以600MW机组的椭圆轴承为研究对象,对比分析了转速、进油压力、椭圆度等因素对椭圆滑动轴承油膜压力特性及温度特性的影响,并得到了确保轴承稳定运行的最佳椭圆度。最后,对可倾瓦轴承的油膜进行计算分析,通过改变转速、瓦数及承载方式,得到了不同条件下可倾瓦轴承的压力特性,揭示了这些因素对轴承承载力及稳定性的影响,为大型汽轮发电机组转子轴承系统的稳定运行及轴承设计的相关工作提供了理论支持。
[Abstract]:Turbine generator set is the core equipment of electric power industry. As an important part of turbogenerator, the performance of sliding bearing has a direct impact on the stable operation of steam turbine, so it is very important to study the oil film characteristics of sliding bearing to ensure the stable operation of turbine unit. In this paper, the oil film characteristics of the sliding bearings of large turbogenerator sets are calculated and analyzed by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the physical and mathematical models of cylindrical bearing, elliptical bearing and tilting pad bearing are established, and the pressure distribution of oil film of three types of sliding bearings is obtained by calculation. On this basis, the pressure characteristics of oil film of cylindrical bearing, elliptical bearing and tilting pad bearing are compared and analyzed, and the conclusions about the stability of three kinds of bearings are obtained. Secondly, taking the elliptical bearing of 600MW unit as the research object, the effects of rotational speed, oil inlet pressure and ellipticity on the oil film pressure and temperature characteristics of the elliptical sliding bearing are compared and analyzed. The optimum ellipticity to ensure the stable operation of the bearing is obtained. Finally, the oil film of tilting pad bearing is calculated and analyzed. The pressure characteristics of tilting pad bearing under different conditions are obtained by changing the speed, number of tile and bearing mode, and the influence of these factors on bearing capacity and stability is revealed. It provides theoretical support for the stable operation of the rotor bearing system and the design of the bearing.
