高压电致发光片驱动电路

【摘要】:电致发光片是一种冷光源,具有驱动电压高、电流小、功耗小等特点。近年来,能源危机成为广泛关注的焦点,节能减排也成为新世纪的重要口号,世界各国都大力发展节能设备。作为新一代的照明显示设备,电致发光片的应用受到越来越多的关注,电致发光片驱动电路的设计也成为电力电子领域内的重要课题。本课题来源于国家重大科技02专项,流片采用电子科大与上华公司合作开发的BCD工艺平台,成功开发出一款用于驱动电致发光片的芯片。传统的电致发光片驱动电路采用变压器以及一些分立器件构成,因此导致它占用体积过大,重量比较重,成本较高,本文设计的电致发光片驱动电路采用集成电路的设计方法,将大部分外围器件集成在芯片内部,因此应用电路的面积较小,成本也比较低。该驱动芯片的参数和指标包括:稳定输出电压100V以上;输出频率可调;工作电压范围3~5V;双端输出信号可直接驱动电致发光片。本文设计的电致发光片驱动电路,采用Boost升压电路获得100V以上的直流高电压,采用H桥电路将直流电压转换为交流方波。整体电路共有六个模块,即Boost升压电路、基准电流源电路、振荡器电路、使能电路、H桥逻辑控制电路、H桥模块,对于这六个模块,本文作者全部都通过仿真软件进行设计验证。目前各个子电路和整体电路均通过验证,功能全部符和设计要求。本文的芯片在版图设计中,将高压模块和低压模块分开隔离布局,高压管的耐压值在100V以上,本文通过一种LDMOS来实现,并在无锡华润上华公司完成流片。作者及其团队已经完成所有模块的测试工作,又设计了芯片的应用系统电路,完成芯片应用系统的测试工作。通过结果可以看出,芯片功能正常,所有参数都符合设计指标。目前芯片已经通过中国测试研究院的第三方验证,本论文中的所有数据均通过第三方认证。
[Abstract]:Electroluminescent chip is a cold light source with high driving voltage, low current and low power consumption. In recent years, energy crisis has become the focus of attention, energy saving and emission reduction has become an important slogan in the new century. As a new generation of lighting display devices, the application of electroluminescent devices has attracted more and more attention. The design of electroluminescent device driving circuit has become an important subject in the field of power electronics. This topic comes from the national important science and technology 02 special project, the stream piece uses the BCD craft platform which the electronic science and technology university and the Shanghai China company develops, successfully develops a chip which is used to drive the electroluminescent chip. The traditional electroluminescent chip drive circuit is composed of transformer and some discrete devices, so it takes up too much volume, heavy weight and high cost. The driving circuit of electroluminescent chip designed in this paper adopts the design method of integrated circuit. Most of the peripheral devices are integrated inside the chip, so the area of the application circuit is smaller and the cost is lower. The parameters and specifications of the drive chip include: stable output voltage above 100V, adjustable output frequency, operating voltage range of 3V / 5V, and double end output signal can directly drive the electroluminescent chip. In this paper, the drive circuit of electroluminescent chip is designed. The boost circuit is used to obtain the high DC voltage over 100V, and the H-bridge circuit is used to convert the DC voltage to AC square wave. The whole circuit has six modules, namely boost circuit, reference current source circuit, oscillator circuit, enable circuit and H-bridge logic control circuit. For these six modules, the author of this paper designs and verifies them by simulation software. At present, each sub-circuit and the whole circuit have passed the verification, the function all characters and the design request. In the layout design of the chip, the high voltage module and the low voltage module are separated and the voltage value of the high voltage tube is more than 100 V. in this paper, a kind of LDMOS is used to realize the chip, and the flow sheet is completed in Wuxi China Resources Shanghua Company. The author and his team have completed the testing of all modules, and designed the application system circuit of the chip to complete the testing work of the chip application system. The results show that the chip function is normal, all parameters are in line with the design index. At present, the chip has been verified by the third party of the China Institute of testing, and all the data in this paper are certified by the third party.
