10kW的H型垂直轴风力机的静动力学分析

【摘要】:随着一次能源的不断消耗以及环境污染越来越严重,风能,这种取之不尽用之不竭的清洁能源受到了各国的重视,因此成为各国研究开发的热点。风能作为现在各国大力开发的新能源,其机组设备的研究成了研发的重点之一。随着我国风力发电技术的不断发展,单机的功率不断增大,内部结构的复杂性也随之增大,因此,风力机的静动态特性分析也越来越重要。 本课题以10kW的H型垂直轴风力机为研究对象,主要研究分析了风力机重要结构的静动力特性,主要工作如下: (1)介绍课题的研究背景,对现有的垂直轴风力机的研究方法以及研究成果进行阐述,并介绍了与本课题有关的有限元分析法及有限元分析软件ANSYS,给出风力机的结构优化方案。 (2)对风力机的主要结构,例如主轴、叶臂、叶片以及塔架进行静力学特性分析,首先分析各结构的受力情况,然后对结构进行静态分析,验证结构的强度、刚度是否满足条件。在对叶片加载的过程中,利用FLUENT仿真方法计算出叶片的风压值,并详细阐述了如何从FLUENT中提取风压并通过EXCEL和MATLB拟合函数关系式加载在ANSYS中的方法,此方法可以为精确计算风压提供一个思路。采用Pro/Engineer软件进行叶片建模,使ANSYS和Pro/Engineer进行无缝连接,将复杂模型直接导入ANSYS进行计算,而不会缺少任何叶片元素。 (3)在上述结构静力学分析的基础上进行动力学特性分析,得出结构的自振频率,验证结构是否会产生共振,并对结构的前六阶振型进行分析,得出在下一步的结构设计中应该考虑振型对结构产生的影响。
[Abstract]:With the continuous consumption of primary energy and more serious environmental pollution, wind energy, this inexhaustible clean energy has been paid attention to by all countries, so it has become a hot spot in the research and development of countries. Wind energy, as a new energy source, has become one of the emphases of R & D. With the continuous development of wind power generation technology in China, the power of single turbine is increasing, and the complexity of internal structure is also increasing. Therefore, the static and dynamic characteristics analysis of wind turbine is becoming more and more important. Taking 10kW H vertical axis wind turbine as the research object, this paper mainly studies and analyzes the static and dynamic characteristics of the important structure of the wind turbine. The main work is as follows: 1) introduce the background of the research. The existing vertical axis wind turbine research methods and research results are described. The finite element analysis method and finite element analysis software ANSYSare introduced, and the structure optimization scheme of wind turbine is given. The main structure of wind turbine, such as spindle, blade arm, is introduced. The static characteristics of the blade and the tower are analyzed. The stress of each structure is analyzed at first, and then the static analysis of the structure is carried out to verify whether the strength and stiffness of the structure meet the conditions. In the process of blade loading, the wind pressure value of blade is calculated by fluent simulation method, and the method of how to extract wind pressure from fluent and load it in ANSYS by excel and MATLAB fitting function relation is described in detail. This method can provide an idea for accurate calculation of wind pressure. Pro-engineer software is used to model the blade, which makes ANSYS and Pro / engineer to connect seamlessly. The complex model is directly imported into ANSYS for calculation. Without any blade elements, the dynamic characteristics of the structure are analyzed on the basis of the statics analysis, and the natural vibration frequency of the structure is obtained to verify whether the structure will produce resonance. By analyzing the first six modes of the structure, it is concluded that the influence of the mode on the structure should be considered in the next step of the structural design.
