基于ARM-Linux的光伏逆变器监控系统的研究

【摘要】:光伏并网发电的技术已经越来越广泛的被应用到世界各国,在全球能源紧缺的背景下,其环保、绿色、经济的优点,使得太阳能成为今后大力开发的新能源之一。作为光伏并网发电系统中最为核心的部件,逆变器的能否正常工作直接影响整个电网系统的健康运营。所以,设计出一套智能的监控系统使得光伏逆变器工作在安全、高效、可控的状态显得尤为重要,这也是近年来光伏发电领域越来越重视的问题。 本文是基于ARM9平台上嵌入Linux操作系统的光伏逆变器监控的设计,通过嵌入Web服务器接入网络来访问和控制逆变器,很好的保证了逆变器安全、高效的工作。本系统整体的监控框架为:光伏逆变器通过RS485总线与ARM监控平台相连接,在ARM平台上嵌入Linux操作系统并移植Web服务器,远端监控人员通过输入正确的IP地址来查看和控制逆变器。 本文主要设计了监控平台的硬件,并在硬件平台上搭建Linux操作系统的软件平台,并实现了嵌入式SQLite数据库和Web服务器的功能。硬件设计部分主要有:电源电路、USB电路、JTAG电路、RS485接口、以太网接口以及扩展口电路的设计等;软件设计包括:嵌入式Linux操作系统的移植、开发环境的搭建、驱动程序的编程、SQLite数据库的移植以及Web服务器构建的详细过程。文章的最后还论述了应用程序和监控页面设计的详细过程。经过系统测试的结果可知,本系统能有效的通过Web服务器访问和控制逆变器,达到预期的目的。
[Abstract]:Photovoltaic grid-connected power generation technology has been more and more widely used in the world. Under the background of global energy shortage, the advantages of environmental protection, green and economic make solar energy become one of the new energy in the future. As the core of PV grid-connected generation system, the normal operation of inverter directly affects the healthy operation of the whole grid system. Therefore, it is very important to design a set of intelligent monitoring system to make the photovoltaic inverter work in a safe, efficient and controllable state, which is also a more and more important issue in the field of photovoltaic power generation in recent years. This paper is based on the ARM9 platform embedded Linux operating system of photovoltaic inverter monitoring design, through embedded Web server access to the network to access and control the inverter, a good guarantee of inverter security, efficient work. The whole monitoring framework of this system is as follows: photovoltaic inverter is connected to arm monitoring platform through RS485 bus, embedded Linux operating system and transplanted Web server on arm platform. Remote monitors view and control the inverter by entering the correct IP address. This paper mainly designs the hardware of the monitoring platform, and builds the software platform of Linux operating system on the hardware platform, and realizes the function of embedded SQLite database and Web server. The hardware design includes: power supply circuit, USB circuit, JTAG circuit, RS485 interface, Ethernet interface and extended port circuit, etc. Software design includes: transplant of embedded Linux operating system, construction of development environment, etc. Driver programming SQLite database migration and Web server building a detailed process. At the end of the article, the detailed process of application and monitoring page design is also discussed. The results of the system test show that the system can access and control the inverter effectively through the Web server to achieve the desired purpose.
