大功率三相逆变器双环控制及多台并联运行的研究

【摘要】:逆变电源广泛应用于人们平时的生活、工作中,随着社会的不断发展进步,人们对电源的质量要求也越来越高,保证逆变电源的电能质量、输出稳定、调节迅速正是现代用电设备的基本要求,也是电源厂商追求的性能指标。然而由于现在社会对电源容量的要求进一步提高,单台逆变器已经无法在功率密度上满足人们的需求,从而使得逆变器并联技术越来越受现代逆变器研究者们的青睐,并将它作为一种可以实现大功率、高可靠性的技术手段。本文主要从逆变器波形控制和并联运行性能进行研究,并通过单机运行、双机并联运行等实验手段验证了该课题的可行性。本文首先介绍了逆变器波形控制和并联控制的方法策略,并通过定性分析比较了各种控制手段的优缺点,然后针对大功率高性能逆变器技术要求,提出了一种电压外环,电流内环的双环PID控制方式,并通过matlab建模仿真验证了其控制方式对逆变器输出波形的改善,有效地提高了逆变器输出系统的动态性能和抗负载扰动能力。本文还通过矢量分析、功率分析阐述了双环控制对逆变器并联运行的影响,并在此基础上选取了一种基于分散逻辑控制的并联控制手段,最后本文通过在三相组合式逆变器并联系统上的单机、并机的实验有效地验证了课题的分析假设:双环控制能使逆变器输出波形具有较好的动态性能和抗干扰能力,分散逻辑控制能有效地抑制并联系统中的环流,并能稳定运行。
[Abstract]:Inverter power supply is widely used in people's daily life and work. With the development and progress of society, the quality of power supply is becoming more and more high, which ensures the power quality of inverter power supply, and the output is stable. Rapid regulation is the basic requirement of modern power equipment, and also the performance index pursued by power supply manufacturers. However, due to the further improvement of power supply capacity in the society, the single inverter can not meet the needs of people in power density, which makes the inverter parallel technology more and more popular with the researchers of modern inverter. And it can be used as a high-power, high-reliability technical means. In this paper, the waveform control and parallel operation performance of the inverter are studied, and the feasibility of the subject is verified by the single machine operation and the parallel operation of the two machines. In this paper, the methods of waveform control and parallel control of inverter are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of various control methods are analyzed and compared qualitatively. Then, a voltage outer loop is proposed to meet the technical requirements of high power and high performance inverter. The double loop pid control method of the current inner loop is used to verify the improvement of the inverter output waveform by matlab modeling and simulation. The dynamic performance and anti-load disturbance ability of the inverter output system are improved effectively. Through vector analysis and power analysis, the influence of double loop control on the parallel operation of inverter is discussed, and a parallel control method based on decentralized logic control is selected. Finally, through the single machine on the three-phase combined inverter parallel system and the experiment of the machine, the analysis hypothesis of the subject is validated effectively: the double loop control can make the inverter output waveform have better dynamic performance and anti-jamming ability. Decentralized logic control can effectively suppress the circulation in parallel system and can operate stably.
