带蓄热装置的热电机组的系统调峰运行和热经济性分析

【摘要】:当前,社会经济不断地发展,人民生活水平日渐提高,各行各业不断增加的燃料消耗量所造成的环境污染问题越来越严重,热电联产作为一种既发电又供热具有能源利用效率高、对环境污染小以及经济效益好的节能发电技术也逐渐承担着电网调峰的任务。鉴于供热机组运行中既发电又供热的特点,本文研究了在不影响机组电网调峰负荷的情况下通过增设蓄热装置来调节供热高峰且拉开热负荷与电负荷耦合关系的系统调峰运行方式,并以220MW供热机组的实际运行数据作为案例分析和进行热经济性方面的计算,探索该方案的可行性。在案例分析中,本文首先制定供热机组增设蓄热装置的系统调峰运行方式,即在不影响机组电力负荷的情况下通过蓄热装置储存机组夜晚富余的热量用来填补白天供热的不足,然后通过热力系统的变工况计算得到机组增设蓄热装置后运行的各参数数据,最后进行全厂热经济性指标的计算比较,计算的结果表明,机组在夏季低参数、低负荷下应用蓄热装置参与电力调峰并削平供热负荷的运行方式是不够经济的,其适合在冬季高参数的工况下运行,可以降低煤耗率和耗煤量,提高全厂热效率,如此供热机组增加蓄热装置不仅可以调节和平衡机组的供电负荷和供热负荷,减小机组在电力调峰过程中工况的频繁波动对系统设备寿命的影响,有利于机组的安全运行,而且在一定程度上可以提高电厂运行的经济效益。
[Abstract]:At present, with the continuous development of social economy, the living standards of the people are improving day by day, and the environmental pollution caused by the incessant increase in fuel consumption in all walks of life is becoming more and more serious. The cogeneration of heat and power, as a kind of energy efficiency, has high energy efficiency, low pollution to the environment and good economic benefit, which is also gradually taking on the task of peak shaving of power grid. In view of the characteristics of both power generation and heating in the operation of heating units, This paper studies the peak-shaving operation mode of the system by adding heat storage device to adjust the heating peak and pull off the coupling relationship between heat load and electric load without affecting the peak load of unit network. Taking the actual operation data of 220 MW heating unit as a case study and the calculation of thermal economy, the feasibility of the scheme is explored. In the case study, this paper first formulates the system peak-shaving operation mode of adding heat storage device to the heat supply unit, that is, using the heat storage device to store the surplus heat of the unit at night to fill the deficiency of the daytime heat supply without affecting the power load of the unit. Then, the parameters data of the unit after adding the heat storage unit are obtained by the calculation of the thermodynamic system under the variable working conditions. Finally, the thermal economic index of the whole plant is calculated and compared. The calculation results show that the unit has low parameters in summer. It is not economical to use the heat storage device to take part in the power peak shaving and flattening the heating load under low load. It is suitable for running under the condition of high parameters in winter, which can reduce the coal consumption rate and coal consumption, and improve the thermal efficiency of the whole plant. Thus increasing the heat storage unit can not only adjust and balance the power supply load and heating load of the unit, but also reduce the influence of frequent fluctuation of the working condition of the unit in the process of power peak shaving on the life of the system equipment, which is beneficial to the safe operation of the unit. To a certain extent, the economic benefit of power plant operation can be improved.
