基于SG-CIM的配电网数据平台及应用开发

【摘要】：国家电网公司提出的SG-CIM模型为我国电网建模和信息交互建立了统一的规范,方便了不同系统和应用间的信息集成。在现有SG-CIM模型的基础上,根据配电网业务需要,扩展了模型的类、属性以及相互关系。为克服电力系统安全分区对信息交互的影响,在安全Ⅲ区建立了数据汇聚平台。在统一数据源的基础上,构建了一体化平台。根据业务要求,进行了对象聚合,同时构建了实时数据平台,提高实时数据传输速度。在此基础上,以GIS为依托,根据业务流程,集成了跨系统的信息,开发了多个高级应用,并在工程中得到实践。
[Abstract]:The SG-CIM model proposed by State Grid Company establishes a unified specification for power grid modeling and information exchange in China, and facilitates the information integration between different systems and applications. Based on the existing SG-CIM model, the classes, attributes and relationships of the model are extended according to the needs of distribution network services.
