智能变电站二次系统的方案设计与应用研究

【摘要】:智能电网的发展已然上升到国家战略的地位,而智能变电站的发展又是智能电网的关键环节,在目前看来智能变电站技术的发展已日渐成熟,大力推广智能电网势在必行。本文从智能变电站二次系统在浙江电网中工程应用的情况,对二次系统架构、高级应用做了理论概述和工程应用研究。详细分析了智能变电站在过程层、间隔层的功能实现,并对这两部分的关键技术进行了简要分析。对于智能变电站的信息分析技术和在线监测技术、智能报警、智能控制技术做了详细的说明。本文重点通过智能育才变的设计方案和技术方案的研究,探讨了目前已经成熟的智能站二次系统的结构模式。通过在智能育才变已经试点应用了的远方程序化操作技术和继电保护首检式验收管理模式的研究和分析,创新应用了智能变电站的高级应用和技术管理手段。智能变电站要大规模开展建设,部分实现变电站的智能化、信息化、互动化,已经具备了一定条件。但是目前的智能变电站技术的发展,不论从理论还是工程应用中,仍然面临许多技术瓶颈和应用难题。在今后的智能变电站二次系统的构架和高级应用技术发展中,应该会有更加先进的技术方案来逐步提高。
[Abstract]:The development of smart grid has risen to the status of national strategy, and the development of intelligent substation is the key link of smart grid. At present, the development of smart substation technology has matured day by day, so it is imperative to popularize smart grid vigorously. Based on the application of intelligent substation secondary system in Zhejiang Power Grid, this paper makes a theoretical overview and engineering application research on the secondary system architecture and advanced application. The function realization of intelligent substation in process layer and interval layer is analyzed in detail, and the key technologies of these two parts are briefly analyzed. The information analysis technology, on-line monitoring technology, intelligent alarm and intelligent control technology of intelligent substation are described in detail. In this paper, through the research of the design scheme and technical scheme of intelligent training talent change, the structure mode of the secondary system of intelligent station is discussed. Through the research and analysis of the remote programmed operation technology and the first check management mode of relay protection, the advanced application and technical management means of intelligent substation have been innovated through the research and analysis of the remote programmed operation technology that has been applied in the pilot project of intelligent training talent change. Intelligent substations should be built on a large scale, partly realizing the intelligence, information and interaction of substations, which already have certain conditions. However, the development of intelligent substation technology, both in theory and in engineering applications, still faces a lot of technical bottlenecks and application problems. In the future, there should be more advanced technical scheme to improve the structure of the secondary system of intelligent substation and the development of advanced application technology.
