微网能量优化管理技术研究

【摘要】:随着全世界范围内能源与环境问题的凸显,风能、太阳能等可再生能源发电得到蓬勃发展,为了适应可再生能源分布式发电的规模化利用,微网技术应运而生。微网可有效整合各种分布式发电技术,充分发挥新能源发电和智能电网所带来的经济效益和环境效益,可更好地满足用户对电能质量和供电可靠性更高的要求,已成为智能电网研究与建设中一个重要组成部分。其中,微网能量优化管理技术是保障微网安全、可靠、经济、高效、智能运行的关键。本文围绕微网能量优化管理技术展开了研究,首先全面地介绍了该课题的研究背景及其意义、国内外微网发展动态和微网能量优化管理研究现状;在综合考虑了燃料成本、运行维护成本、蓄电池折旧成本及向大电网购电成本的基础上,以微网总运行成本最低为优化目标,建立了微网经济运行调度数学模型,提出了一种基于蝙蝠优化算法的微网经济运行调度方法;根据微网运行特性,并考虑微网运行不同时间段面之间的内在联系,在满足负荷需求、微网系统稳定运行等前提条件下,以运行成本、环境成本最低为目标,建立了微网动态优化运行调度数学模型,提出将蝙蝠优化算法二进制化,实现微网动态优化运行调度;针对风电、光伏出力和负荷功率的不确定性,将其纳入到优化模型的建立,通过不确定性变量与目标函数之间的内在确定性关系,提出将计算量小、精度高的三点估计法联合寻优性能优良的改进黑洞优化算法,同时借助Cornish-Fisher级数展开,实现微网系统的优化运行及其不确定性分析。
[Abstract]:With the worldwide energy and environmental problems prominent, renewable energy generation such as wind energy, solar energy and other renewable energy have been booming. In order to adapt to the large-scale utilization of renewable energy distributed generation, micro-grid technology came into being. Microgrid can effectively integrate all kinds of distributed generation technologies, give full play to the economic and environmental benefits brought by new energy generation and smart grid, and can better meet the higher requirements of power quality and reliability of power supply. It has become an important part in the research and construction of smart grid. Among them, microgrid energy optimization management technology is the key to ensure the security, reliability, economy, efficiency and intelligent operation of microgrid. This paper focuses on the research of microgrid energy optimization management technology. Firstly, it introduces the research background and significance of this topic, the development trend of microgrid and the research status of microgrid energy optimization management, and considers the fuel cost comprehensively. On the basis of operation and maintenance cost, battery depreciation cost and electricity purchase cost from large power network, a mathematical model of microgrid economic operation dispatching is established, with the minimum total operation cost of microgrid as the optimization goal. In this paper, a bat optimization algorithm based microgrid economic operation scheduling method is proposed. According to the characteristics of microgrid operation and considering the internal relations between different time periods of microgrid operation, it can meet the demand of load. On the premise of stable operation of microgrid system, aiming at the lowest running cost and environment cost, the mathematical model of dynamic optimal operation scheduling of microgrid is established, and the binary algorithm of bat optimization is put forward to realize the dynamic optimal operation scheduling of microgrid. Aiming at the uncertainty of wind power, photovoltaic output force and load power, the uncertainty of wind power, photovoltaic output force and load power is incorporated into the establishment of optimization model. Through the inherent deterministic relationship between uncertain variables and objective function, it is put forward that the calculation cost is small. The three-point estimation method with high precision is combined with the improved black hole optimization algorithm with excellent performance. At the same time, the optimal operation and uncertainty analysis of the micro-grid system are realized by Cornish-Fisher series expansion.
