基于可信性理论的高压断路器状态评估

【摘要】:电力系统的安全随着电网规模的不断扩大变得越来越重要。断路器作为保护电力系统的重要装置,对它的工作状态要求更高。所以,基于对高压断路器的状态评估和分析成为必须。为了对高压断路器的检修能够不再像过去一样定期检修,保障电网能够安全运行,通过各种方法准确地获得当前断路器的运行状态是关键,这对于电网的科学管理,以及经济效益的提高有着非常重要的作用。本文通过分析高压断路器状态检修现状,对当前有关高压断路器状态评估的方法进行了介绍,引入可信性理论来对高压断路器的状态进行评估。首先进行高压断路器状态评估的参数分析,分别对机械试验、电气试验、开断磨损、泄漏试验以及其它因素五个参数进行了分析,考虑到高压断路器的实际运行情况,以及各个因素的影响,确定高压断路器状态评估的各个影响因素,这些影响因素作为对高压断路器状态评估模型的评判因素;对评判因素进行多层次的目标分解,建立的高压断路器状态综合评估模型是基于可信性理论以及断路器的内在作用机理;评判因素的不同,将会影响高压断路器状态评估状态,因此通过改进的层次分析法,省去一致性检验,而计算确定了各个评判因素的权重值;由于影响因素本身所具有的特点,基于模糊数学方法建立了评判因素的隶属函数;最后通过计算可信性评估向量,对高压断路器的状态进行可信性评估。基于可信性理论高压断路器状态评估方法建立了评估软件,具有较好的准确性和良好的应用前景。然后通过算例分析,证实通过可信性理论综合评判方法将评判参数结合起来,能够正确的对高压断路器运行状态进行评估,及时获得高压断路器的当前工作状态,从而判断是否对高压断路器进行检修,避免浪费。基于可信性理论的方法为状态检修提供了一种新思路。
[Abstract]:The security of power system becomes more and more important with the expansion of power grid scale. As an important device to protect power system, circuit breaker requires higher working condition. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the state of high voltage circuit breaker. In order to make the overhaul of high voltage circuit breaker not as regular as in the past, and to ensure the safe operation of the power network, it is crucial to obtain the current operating state of the circuit breaker accurately through various methods, which is very important for the scientific management of the power network. And the improvement of economic benefits has a very important role. By analyzing the status quo of condition maintenance of high voltage circuit breakers, this paper introduces the current methods of state evaluation of high voltage circuit breakers, and introduces the theory of credibility to evaluate the state of high voltage circuit breakers. Firstly, the parameter analysis of the state evaluation of high voltage circuit breaker is carried out. Five parameters, mechanical test, electrical test, breaking wear, leakage test and other factors, are analyzed respectively, considering the actual operation situation of high voltage circuit breaker. As well as each factor's influence, determines each influence factor of the high voltage circuit breaker condition evaluation, these influence factors as the appraisal factor to the high voltage circuit breaker condition evaluation model, carries on the multi-level objective decomposition to the appraisal factor, The comprehensive evaluation model of high voltage circuit breakers is based on the credibility theory and the inherent mechanism of the circuit breaker. Different judging factors will affect the state evaluation of high voltage circuit breakers, so the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the state of high voltage circuit breakers. The weight of each evaluation factor is determined by calculation without consistency test. Because of the characteristics of the influencing factors, the membership function of the evaluation factor is established based on fuzzy mathematics. Finally, the credibility evaluation vector is calculated. Evaluate the reliability of high voltage circuit breaker. The evaluation software is established based on the credibility theory, which has good accuracy and good application prospect. Then through the analysis of an example, it is proved that the evaluation parameters can be correctly evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation method of credibility theory, and the current working state of the high voltage circuit breaker can be obtained in time. In order to determine whether to repair the high-voltage circuit breaker, to avoid waste. The method based on credibility theory provides a new way for condition maintenance.
