600MW锅炉SCR脱硝改造研究

【摘要】:NOx是造成大气污染的主要原因之一,由于火电厂燃煤排放的NOx量不断增加,对大气环境造成了严重的污染。因此国家对火电机组的环保性提出了更高的要求,对于污染严重,未进行改造的火电机组将无法满足新的标准。对于本文研究对象火电厂的1号和2号机组,可以使用脱硝改造技术对其环保状况进行改善。在本文中,首先对目前市场上普遍应用的集中烟气脱硝技术的原理和特点进行了分析,并且根据电厂机组实际情况对脱硝技术进行选择,最后使用了SCR脱硝技术对火电机组进行改造。同时也对还原剂的使用和特性进行了分析,选择了液氨作为实际使用的还原剂。对工程实施的可行性进行了分析,对脱硝工艺和设备的选型,可行性研究以及工程的影响面分析。同时在设备施工过程中通过监理管控手段,重视安全保护以及工程的实际质量管控,确保改造工程高质量完成。工程投运后,对工程的运行状况进行了分析和计算,发现整个工程运行状态良好,达到了设计预期。最后,对整个项目的投资和收益进行了分析。可以得出结论,通过本项目的实施,国华沧东电厂1,2号机组达到了环境保护部门的相关标准,并且收到良好的经济效益和环境效益。
[Abstract]:No _ x is one of the main causes of air pollution. Because of the increasing of no _ x emission from coal-fired power plant, it causes serious pollution to the atmospheric environment. Therefore, the state has put forward higher requirements for the environmental protection of thermal power units, and the unmodified thermal power units will not be able to meet the new standards for the serious pollution. For the No. 1 and No. 2 units of thermal power plant studied in this paper, denitrification technology can be used to improve its environmental protection. In this paper, firstly, the principle and characteristics of concentrated flue gas denitrification technology, which is widely used in the market, are analyzed, and the denitrification technology is selected according to the actual conditions of power plant units. Finally, SCR denitrification technology is used to transform the thermal power unit. At the same time, the use and characteristics of reducing agent were analyzed, and liquid ammonia was selected as the reducing agent. The feasibility of project implementation is analyzed, the selection of denitrification process and equipment, the feasibility study and the analysis of the influence surface of the project are given. At the same time, by means of supervision and control in the process of equipment construction, attention is paid to safety protection and actual quality control of the project to ensure the high quality completion of the reconstruction project. After the project is put into operation, the running condition of the project is analyzed and calculated, and it is found that the whole project is in good running condition and meets the design expectation. Finally, the investment and income of the whole project are analyzed. It can be concluded that through the implementation of this project, units 1 and 2 of Guohua Cangdong Power Plant have reached the relevant standards of environmental protection department, and have received good economic and environmental benefits.
