ABB继电保护自动测试系统的研究与应用

【摘要】:微机继电保护测试装置能充分满足微机保护的性能测试要求,它极大地提高了继电保护系统的性能,增强了继电保护装置的可靠性和稳定性。继电保护功能模块作为继电保护产品的核心,对于它的测试要求更为严格。本课题是ABB(中国)中压产品技术中心的企业课题,以继电保护自动测试系统ATS(Automatic test system)为基础,对继电保护模块进行测试;为新的保护模块设计测试方案,编辑测试实例并完成模块测试工作。ATS是ABB自主研发的自动测试系统,因此需要对ATS的功能、软件及硬件结构进行探索与分析。ATS主要用于功能模块测试,包括功能评估和功能验证,其中功能评估包括静态精度、动态精度和相关性能测试;功能验证则是验证保护模块某项功能的有效性。由于ATS是ABB自主研发的自动测试系统,因此需要对ATS的功能、软件及硬件结构进行探索与分析。本文在对ATS探索分析的基础上,实现了对弧光保护模块、差动保护模块、手合加速模块、电压检测模块的ATS测试,其中包括硬件测试平台搭建和软件测试实例创建。分析保护模块中的每一个逻辑单元的功能,确定有针对性的测试方案,并运用ATS进行测试实例的编辑,在测试中验证其功能的准确性与有效性,保证继电保护产品的可靠性。与此同时,编辑完成的测试实例保存在ATS数据库中,在遇到相同的模块测试时可直接使用,提高了工作效率。另一方面,在一些特殊的保护模块的个别测试实例中,需要用到RTD(Resistance Temperature Detector)设备对该模块的保护精度或者保护功能进行验证,本文在最后介绍了RTD设备在ATS系统中的应用,并展现具体测试实例的测试过程。在保护模块的测试和RTD设备的拓展中,完成了对测试对象的功能测试,同时完善了ATS系统的应用。
[Abstract]:The microcomputer relay protection testing device can fully meet the performance test requirements of microcomputer protection. It greatly improves the performance of the relay protection system and enhances the reliability and stability of the relay protection device. As the core of relay protection products, the function module of relay protection is more strict in testing. This project is an enterprise project of ABB (China) medium Voltage Product Technology Center. Based on the automatic relay protection test system ATS (Automatic test system), the relay protection module is tested, and the test scheme is designed for the new protection module. Editing test examples and completing module testing. ATS is an automatic test system developed by ABB. Therefore, it is necessary to explore and analyze the function, software and hardware structure of ATS. ATS is mainly used for functional module testing. It includes function evaluation and function verification, which includes static precision, dynamic precision and related performance testing, and functional verification is to verify the validity of a function of the protection module. This paper analyzes the function of each logic unit in the protection module, determines the targeted test scheme, and uses ATS to edit the test examples, and verifies the accuracy and validity of the function in the test, and ensures the reliability of the relay protection product. At the same time, the test example is saved in ATS database, which can be used directly when the same module is tested, so the working efficiency is improved. On the other hand, the RTD (Resistance temperature detector) device is used to verify the protection accuracy or function of the module in some specific test examples. Finally, the application of RTD device in ATS system is introduced. And show the test process of concrete test examples. In the test of protection module and the extension of RTD equipment, the function test of test object is completed, and the application of ATS system is perfected.
