考虑铁耗的感应电机间接矢量控制方法

【摘要】:本文对考虑铁耗情况下的感应电机间接矢量控制方法进行了研究,分析了其影响机理,并对其进行线性化补偿。由于铁耗的存在,常规间接矢量控制系统所采用的定向方法会导致系统出现偏差,使系统输出转矩减小,带载能力减弱,在弱磁区的恒功率运行范围缩短。本文根据考虑铁耗的感应电机等效电路,推导考虑铁耗情况下的定向控制方程,并且提出了线性化的补偿方法,以利于工程实现。最后,通过基于DSP的全数字主轴驱动器进行了物理试验,试验证明本文所提出方法的可行性和有效性,对主轴驱动系统性能地提高是非常显著的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the indirect vector control method of induction motor considering iron loss is studied, the influence mechanism is analyzed, and the linearization compensation is carried out. Due to the existence of iron loss, the orientation method used in the conventional indirect vector control system will lead to the deviation of the system, the output torque of the system will be reduced, the load capacity of the system will be weakened, and the operating range of constant power in the weak magnetic field will be shortened. Based on the equivalent circuit of induction motor with iron loss, the directional control equation with iron loss is derived, and a linearized compensation method is proposed to facilitate the engineering realization. Finally, through the physical experiment of the digital spindle driver based on DSP, the experiment proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method, and it is very significant to improve the performance of the spindle drive system.
