基于环间联络和配电自动化的配电网高可靠性设计方案

【摘要】:针对传统单环网结构无法满足城市重点地区供电可靠性要求,同时双环网结构在旧城区难以实现的问题,提出基于环间联络和配电自动化的配电网设计方案。环间联络表示在2回电缆环网之间增设1路备用联络线的网架优化方案。通过概率分布建模和计算,研究了环间联络线对负荷转移能力的影响。考虑联络线效用、重要负荷保障、投资建设成本3个因素,讨论了联络线落点位置的选择原则。为充分发挥环间联络结构的负荷转移能力优势,并降低故障处理时长,提出集中式和分布式协调配合的配电自动化设计方案,包括详细动作逻辑。最后,基于样本停电数据的可靠性分析结果验证了本设计方案的有效性,并比较了网架结构优化和配电自动化各自的应用效果和投资回报率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional single ring network structure can not meet the demand of power supply reliability in the key areas of the city and that it is difficult to realize the double ring network structure in the old urban area, a distribution network design scheme based on interring connection and distribution automation is put forward. The connection between rings represents the optimal scheme of adding one standby tie line between the two loop networks. The influence of interring tie lines on load transfer capacity is studied by probability distribution modeling and calculation. Considering three factors, such as tie-line utility, important load guarantee and investment construction cost, the selection principle of landing location of tie-line is discussed. In order to give full play to the advantages of the load transfer capability of the inter-ring connection structure and reduce the time of fault processing, a centralized and distributed coordinated distribution automation design scheme, including detailed action logic, is proposed. Finally, the reliability analysis results based on sample outage data verify the effectiveness of the design scheme, and compare the application effect and return on investment of grid structure optimization and distribution automation.
