基于DSP的无刷直流电动机调速系统的研究

【摘要】:永磁无刷直流电机(Brushless DC Motor,BLDCM)是随着电力电子技术发展而出现的一种新型电机。采用电子换相代替机械换相机构,既保持了直流电机运行效率高、励磁损耗小、调速性能好的优点,又降低了制造和维护成本。因此,对无刷直流电动机的应用展开实用性研究是当前的一个热点。本论文首先回顾了BLDCM的发展过程,对国内外BLDCM的研究现状进行了概述,并对BLDCM的基本结构、工作原理、位置传感器等进行了详细阐述,在此基础上详细推导了BLDCM的数学模型,并对各种PWM调制方式对无刷直流电动机换相转矩脉动的影响进行分析,从而确定适当的、合理的无刷直流电动机调速系统的控制策略。在上述工作的基础上,采用TI公司的DSP TMS320F2812为核心设计搭建了BLDCM控制系统,主要包括电源电路、驱动电路、逆变器、信号检测与保护电路、光耦隔离电路及按键、显示等部分。通过对无刷直流电机调速系统进行实际测试,结果表明,该系统具有响应速度快、超调量小、性能稳定等优点,达到了预期目标。最后,对整个设计方案进行了总结,并对未来BLDCM调速控制系统的发展方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Brushless DC Motor BLDCM (permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor) is a new type of motor with the development of power electronics technology. The use of electronic commutation instead of mechanical commutator not only keeps the advantages of high operating efficiency, low excitation loss and good speed regulation performance of DC motor, but also reduces the cost of manufacture and maintenance. Therefore, the practical research on the application of brushless DC motor is a hot spot at present. In this paper, the development process of BLDCM is reviewed, the research status of BLDCM at home and abroad is summarized, and the basic structure, working principle and position sensor of BLDCM are described in detail. On this basis, the mathematical model of BLDCM is deduced in detail. The effect of PWM modulation on commutation torque ripple of brushless DC motor is analyzed to determine the appropriate and reasonable control strategy of brushless DC motor speed control system. On the basis of the above work, the BLDCM control system is designed with TMS320F2812 of TI company as the core, which includes power supply circuit, drive circuit, inverter, signal detection and protection circuit, optocoupler isolation circuit, keystroke, display and so on. By testing the brushless DC motor speed regulation system, the results show that the system has the advantages of fast response speed, small overshoot and stable performance, and achieves the expected goal. Finally, the whole design scheme is summarized, and the future development direction of BLDCM speed control system is prospected.
