基于矢量磁位法的多相感应电机定子端部漏感计算

【摘要】:为计算计及喇叭口的多相感应电机定子绕组的端部漏感,提出了基于矢量磁位的数值计算方法。该文通过矢量磁位沿线圈端部的线积分计算磁通进而求取线圈间端部漏感,该方法与通过磁密的面积分来计算磁通的传统方法相比,可方便处理定子绕组复杂的端部结构,提高计算速度与结果的准确性。矢量磁位法沿用将线圈间端部漏感与关联矩阵相结合计算相间端部漏感的总体思路,具有应用灵活、通用性强的优点。以某15相感应电机为例,给出了矢量磁位法计算端部漏感的计算过程,通过对计算结果的分析说明了矢量磁位法计算端部漏感的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to calculate the end leakage inductance of multiphase induction motor stator windings, a numerical calculation method based on vector magnetic potential is proposed. In this paper, the magnetic flux is calculated by the line integral of the end of the loop along the vector magnetic potential and the leakage inductance between the coils is obtained. Compared with the traditional method of calculating the flux through the area of magnetic density, this method can easily deal with the complex end structure of the stator winding. Improve the calculation speed and accuracy of the results. The vector magnetic potential method adopts the general idea of combining the leakage inductance between the coils and the correlation matrix to calculate the leakage inductance of the interphase end, which has the advantages of flexible application and strong generality. Taking a 15-phase induction motor as an example, the calculation process of end leakage inductance calculated by vector magnetic potential method is given. The effectiveness of vector magnetic potential method in calculating end leakage inductance is illustrated by analyzing the calculation results.
