台州供电配电自动化建设实施规划

【摘要】:“十二五”期间,我国国民经济经历着快速的增长,人民生活水平大大提高,企业以及居民对供电可靠性和电能质量都有着更高要求。电力系统发生短路引起的停电以及电网运行时的电压不稳定都会影响电能质量,进而造成经济效益降低,所以在电网建设和技改中,用电单位对配电自动化提出了更高要求。配电自动化是通过二次设备对配电网进行远程实时监控的集成系统,它是近年来电力技术研究的新兴领域,有力体现了现代计算机和通信技术在配网自动化中的发展和改进。本文对国内外典型配电自动化应用的现状及问题进行探讨,总结出配电自动化的发展趋势。通过分析台州配电网配电自动化工作的现状及存在的问题,并遵循“统一规划、分步实施、合理分配、信息共享”的原则,确定了台州配电自动化规划的总体目标。结合台州市配网发展现状,从配电自动化结构、主站系统、通信系统及馈线自动化等方面对台州电网配电自动化系统进行了深入研究,并提出了台州配电自动化的按期建设计划和方案,最后对台州配电自动化系统的发展进行了展望。通过配电自动化正确合理的规划,大幅提高供电可靠性,降低电网有功损耗,提升自动化水平和管理效率,给电网公司和用户赢得良好的效益。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the national economy of our country has experienced rapid growth, people's living standard has been greatly improved, enterprises and residents have higher requirements for the reliability and quality of power supply. The power failure caused by short circuit and the voltage instability in the operation of the power system will affect the power quality, which will lead to the reduction of economic benefits. Therefore, in the construction and technical reform of the power network, the power unit has put forward higher requirements for distribution automation. Distribution automation is an integrated system for remote real-time monitoring of distribution network through secondary equipment. It is a new field of power technology research in recent years. It has embodied the development and improvement of modern computer and communication technology in distribution automation. In this paper, the current situation and problems of typical distribution automation applications at home and abroad are discussed, and the development trend of distribution automation is summarized. By analyzing the present situation and existing problems of distribution automation in Taizhou distribution network, and following the principle of "unified planning, step by step implementation, reasonable distribution and information sharing", the overall goal of Taizhou distribution automation planning is determined. According to the present situation of distribution network in Taizhou City, the distribution automation system of Taizhou power network is studied from the following aspects: distribution automation structure, main station system, communication system and feeder automation, etc. The construction plan and plan of Taizhou distribution automation are put forward. Finally, the development of Taizhou distribution automation system is prospected. Through the correct and reasonable planning of distribution automation, the reliability of power supply is greatly improved, the active power loss of power grid is reduced, the level of automation and management efficiency is improved, and good benefits are obtained for power grid companies and users.
