基于脉冲发光的高压氙灯电源分析与实验研究

【摘要】:由于瞬时功率强、紫外辐射多、功耗低且体积小、易操作等优点,一种新型球形短弧脉冲氙灯光源在工业自动化、医疗以及分析领域的应用越来越广泛。为配合国内相关光源的研制和生产,提供必要的产品质量检测和实验设备,本文开展了脉冲氙灯光源的电子发射、充放电过程及等效电路等理论分析,研制了光电特性分析检测系统,实验测定并得到了光源的稳定工作条件。首先,利用气体放电理论及阴极电子学等原理从微观角度分析脉冲氙灯放电发光过程,通过放电回路方程,讨论了放电回路对脉冲发光的影响。脉冲氙灯放电过程中,主回路电压和电流都很高,并且在微秒级的时间内完成放电,使其电气特性的检测非常困难。本文提出一种基于高压探头以及串联小阻值无感电阻的方法检测其电气特性,从而快速得到其触发、发射电子、辉光放电、等效电阻等相关工作参数。其次,本文设计了用于脉冲氙灯的光电检测系统,依据实时检测得到的脉冲氙灯放电过程中的瞬时电压、电流以及光脉冲信号,分析了其发光稳定性、高压驱动调整等情况下的工作性能及检测方法,开发了系统检测软件。最后,利用本文的检测系统进行了相关实验,检测脉冲氙灯实时放电曲线和发光曲线,以及在放电回路参数以及电极间距改变时,脉冲氙灯光电特性的变化,并结合放电理论及回路方程分析其原因。总之,本文开展了氙灯脉冲的形成、调整、检测等相关的系统工作,实验测定了其工作性能曲线,得到了翔实的检测结果。本文工作对于氙灯的工作性能评测,质量控制和新产品开发,具有非常重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Because of the advantages of high instantaneous power, high ultraviolet radiation, low power consumption, small volume and easy to operate, a new type of spherical short-arc pulsed xenon lamp is widely used in industrial automation, medical treatment and analysis. In order to cooperate with the development and production of related light sources in China, and to provide necessary product quality inspection and experimental equipment, the theoretical analysis of electron emission, charge / discharge process and equivalent circuit of pulsed xenon lamp light source is carried out in this paper. A photoelectric characteristic analysis and detection system is developed, and the stable working conditions of the light source are obtained. Firstly, the discharge process of pulsed xenon lamp is analyzed from the microscopic point of view by using the theory of gas discharge and cathodic electronics. The effect of discharge loop on pulse luminescence is discussed by the equation of discharge circuit. In the discharge process of pulsed xenon lamp, the main circuit voltage and current are very high, and the discharge is completed in the time of microsecond, so it is very difficult to detect the electrical characteristics of Xenon lamp. In this paper, a method based on high voltage probe and series small resistance without inductance is proposed to detect the electrical characteristics of the detector, and to obtain the working parameters such as trigger, emission electron, glow discharge, equivalent resistance and so on. Secondly, a photoelectric detection system for pulsed xenon lamp is designed. According to the instantaneous voltage, current and light pulse signal of the pulse xenon lamp, the luminous stability is analyzed. The system testing software has been developed for working performance and testing method under the condition of high voltage drive adjustment and so on. Finally, relevant experiments are carried out by using the detection system in this paper to detect the real-time discharge curve and luminescence curve of pulsed xenon lamp, and the changes of photoelectric characteristics of pulse xenon lamp when the discharge circuit parameters and electrode spacing are changed. Combined with discharge theory and loop equation, the reasons are analyzed. In a word, the system work on the formation, adjustment and detection of xenon lamp pulse has been carried out, and its working performance curve has been measured experimentally, and the results have been obtained. This work is of great significance to the performance evaluation, quality control and new product development of xenon lamp.
