基于DSP后备电源设计研究

【摘要】:随计算机技术应用的逐渐普及和信息网络技术的发展速率,电器设备对电源质量的要求更加严格,UPS的数字化控制和智能化监控已成为主流要求的发展方向。实现UPS电源系统的智能化、绿色化、高效节能、模块化是UPS电源系统的发展目标。 信息技术的进展助推着CVCF-PWM逆变电源向数字化方向延伸,在很多的UPS不间断电源中,后备式UPS的实用性强,应用广泛。 论文介绍一款实用的基于DSP的3kW后备式UPS电源的设计。首先,本文的第一章介绍了UPS电源的发展现状、未来发展趋势和本文所要研究的内容,根据要求给出了系统的整体设计方案及系统方框图。其次,本文的第二章介绍了一款实用的3kW基于DSP的单相后备式UPS电源的设计,包括EMI滤波、整流电路、SPWM逆变电路、蓄电池充放电电路的设计、开关管及逆变变压器的参数计算、液晶显示电路的设计、其中蓄电池充放电电路及SPWM逆变电路是本设计的重点。再次,本文第三章详解了系统的软件的应用方法;文中详细介绍了TMS320F2812的功能,给出了软件主程序流程图及各子程序流程图;在讨论了软件控制方案后,详细描述了逆变器的控制策略,包括DSP的SPWM波的软件实现和数字PID的软件设计及其整定方法。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of computer technology and the development of information network technology, the requirement of electrical equipment for power supply quality is more strict. The digital control and intelligent monitoring of UPS has become the mainstream direction of development. The development goal of UPS power supply system is to realize intelligent, green, high efficiency and energy saving and modularization. The development of information technology helps to extend the CVCF-PWM inverter power supply to the digital direction. In many UPS uninterruptible power supply, backup UPS has strong practicability and wide application. This paper introduces the design of a 3 kW backup UPS power supply based on DSP. Firstly, the first chapter of this paper introduces the current situation of UPS power supply, the future development trend and the contents of this paper. According to the requirements, the whole design scheme and the block diagram of the system are given. Secondly, the second chapter introduces the design of a practical 3kW single-phase backup UPS power supply based on DSP, including EMI filter, rectifier circuit SPWM inverter circuit, battery charge and discharge circuit design, switch tube and inverter transformer parameter calculation. The design of liquid crystal display circuit, including battery charge and discharge circuit and SPWM inverter circuit is the focus of this design. Thirdly, in the third chapter, the application method of the system software is explained in detail, the function of TMS320F2812 is introduced in detail, the flow chart of the main program and the flow chart of each subroutine are given, and the software control scheme is discussed. The control strategy of inverter is described in detail, including the software realization of SPWM wave of DSP and the software design of digital pid and its tuning method.
