源荷协调的调峰模式研究

【摘要】:随着社会发展,化石能源储量日益枯竭,能源危机将成为一个巨大挑战。因此,为了保证能源的长期稳定供应,世界各国大力发展可再生能源。可再生能源并网运行规模的增大为电力系统调峰与备用服务带来了巨大的冲击。本论文的前两章简单讲述了国内外现有的调峰模式,比较了不同的调峰模式的优势与不足,着重阐述了国内外基于需求侧管理的调度模式的情况。鉴于调峰问题是目前可再生能源并网下,其出力的不确定性为电网带来的影响,针对可再生能源功率预测与消纳能力的研究一直是重要的研究方向。随着计量与通信手段的不断发展,高级量测体系的广泛应用,电网调度对接纳可再生能源并网后产生的调峰与备用问题的解决方法也不断改进,以用来改善电网的可靠性与经济性。分布式电源也越来越多的应用到普通用户,电动汽车等可调度负荷的加入也为系统需求侧提供了更多的可控资源。本文对这些新能源的经济性、可靠性以及可能的调度方式进行了总结,并对可再生能源以及储能设备与负荷之间的协调能力进行了归纳,并提出了协调手段需要的技术支持以及发展方向。 根据目前的发展形势,可再生能源并网以及其在能源结构中比例的上升必然是未来的趋势,提高调度水平,挖掘更多的调峰资源将成为重中之重。本文提出了源荷协调的调峰模式,并通过MATLAB建立了基于用户满意度评价以及需求侧管理的虚拟发电厂模型,根据IEEE30节点算例进行了仿真验证,表明了在考虑用户电费削减的激励下,竞价上网的模式有效的降低了系统负荷的波动。 在文章最后,针对黑龙江电网调峰情况的分析,在考虑到经济因素与发展空间因素的前提下,为其提出了增加可中断负荷等建议,经实际验证,调峰带来的综合效益有明显改善。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the depletion of fossil energy reserves, the energy crisis will become a great challenge. Therefore, in order to ensure the long-term stable supply of energy, countries all over the world vigorously develop renewable energy. The increase of the scale of renewable energy grid operation has brought great impact to the power system peak shaving and backup service. The first two chapters of this paper briefly describe the existing peak-shaving modes at home and abroad, compare the advantages and disadvantages of different peak-shaving modes, and focus on the situation of demand-side management-based scheduling mode at home and abroad. In view of the fact that the problem of peak shaving is a problem of renewable energy and its impact on the power grid due to the uncertainty of its output, the research on the power prediction and absorption capacity of renewable energy has been an important research direction. With the continuous development of metrology and communication means and the wide application of advanced measurement system, the solutions to the problems of peak shaving and standby caused by grid dispatching after receiving renewable energy are also improved. To improve the reliability and economy of power grid. Distributed power supply is more and more applied to ordinary users. The addition of schedulable load such as electric vehicles also provides more controllable resources for the system demand side. In this paper, the economy, reliability and possible scheduling methods of these new energy sources are summarized, and the coordination ability between renewable energy sources and energy storage equipment and loads is also summarized. The technical support and development direction of coordination means are put forward. According to the current development situation, the increase of renewable energy grid and its proportion in the energy structure will be the trend in the future. It will become the most important task to improve the dispatching level and excavate more peak-shaving resources. In this paper, the peak shaving mode of source load coordination is put forward, and a virtual power plant model based on user satisfaction evaluation and demand-side management is established by MATLAB. The simulation results are verified by an example of IEEE 30 node. The results show that the mode of bidding can reduce the fluctuation of system load effectively. At the end of the paper, according to the analysis of peak regulation in Heilongjiang power network, considering the economic factors and development space factors, the paper puts forward some suggestions such as increasing interruptible load for Heilongjiang power grid, which has been verified by practice. The comprehensive benefit brought about by peak-shaving is obviously improved.
