500kV气体绝缘变电站开关操作对智能组件电流互感器端口电磁骚扰的实测及分析

【摘要】:智能变电站多将保护和控制以及监测等电子设备下放到汇控柜内,由于距离电磁骚扰源更近,使得这些电子设备的电磁兼容问题更加突出。为此,运用自制的电磁瞬态测量系统,对某500 kV气体绝缘变电站调试期间隔离开关和断路器操作在汇控柜电流互感器组件端口产生的骚扰电压进行了测量。测量结果显示,气体绝缘开关设备汇控柜内智能组件端口共模骚扰电压最大值为326.75 V,差模骚扰电压最大值为189.84 V。并分析比较了隔离开关操作、断路器合闸操作和断路器分闸 合闸 闸操作时端口骚扰电压的差异。断路器操作时端口骚扰电压有可观的幅值水平,尤其是断路器分闸 合闸 分闸操作时端口骚扰电压在幅值、微脉冲持续时间和上升沿上较隔离开关操作时有更为严重的情况出现。最后,研究了IEC 61000-4-18阻尼振荡波试验标准与实测波形的对应情况。实测波形参数和标准波形参数略有差异,总体的对应情况较好。实测端口的电磁骚扰水平低于IEC 61000-4-18标准的试验等级1。
[Abstract]:In intelligent substation, many electronic equipments, such as protection, control and monitoring, are transferred to the control cabinet, so the electromagnetic compatibility problem of these electronic devices is more prominent because of the closer distance from the electromagnetic disturbance source. For this reason, the disturbance voltage generated by the operation of the isolating switch and circuit breaker on the terminal of the current transformer module of the control cabinet is measured by using the self-made electromagnetic transient measurement system during the debugging of a 500 kV gas insulated substation. The measurement results show that the maximum common mode disturbance voltage and differential mode disturbance voltage are 326.75 V and 189.84 V respectively. The difference of the port disturbance voltage between the isolating switch operation, the breaker closing operation and the breaker opening and closing operation is analyzed and compared. The disturbance voltage of the port of the circuit breaker has a considerable amplitude level, especially the disturbance voltage of the port of the circuit breaker is in the amplitude of the opening and closing operation of the circuit breaker. The micropulse duration and rising edge are more serious than when the disconnect switch is in operation. Finally, the correspondence between the test standard of IEC 61000-4-18 damping oscillation wave and the measured waveform is studied. The measured waveform parameters are slightly different from the standard waveform parameters, and the overall correspondence is better. The electromagnetic disturbance level of measured ports is lower than that of IEC 61000-4-18 standard.
