电力营销实时费控系统设计研究

【摘要】:随着智能电网全面开展,电网对营销自动化水平的要求越来越高,智能电表在大面积的安装使用及电力用户用电信息采集系统的推广,用户服务要求的日益提高,对于营销实时费控业务开展的支撑需求十分迫切。另一方面电费回收自动化控制业务开展面临着用户数量庞大、实时性要求高、用户服务要求高、数据量庞大等问题,如何满足大规模、准实时的电量电费计算要求是亟待解决的问题。为全面提高营销业务应用的质量和效率,实施营销自动化提升工程、推进智能用电服务建设,全面保障电费回收,电力营销实时费控研究成为电力营销研究领域的关键。 论文首先从电力营销费控系统基本模型出发,分析了电力营销费控系统业务需求,为电力营销实时费控系统研究与设计提供理论和方案设计思路。其次实现了电力营销实时费控系统设计,从电力营销实时费控的设计原则和设计目标出发,在总体架构模型设计基础上,分别详细阐述了所设计的系统业务架构、系统应用架构、系统数据架构、系统技术架构和应用集成架构以及系统平台方案设计。最后实现了电力营销实时费控系统的功能设计,从电力营销实时费控系统功能设计出发,在构建系统总体功能设计模型的基础上,详细阐述了系统功能模块设计、支撑业务功能设计和系统接口功能设计。系统研究将提高电力营销业务的智能化与精细化水平,切实提高营销运作能力和客户服务能力,创造显著的社会效益。
[Abstract]:With the full development of smart grid, the demand of power grid to the level of marketing automation is more and more high. With the installation and use of intelligent meter in large area and the popularization of electric power users' information collection system, the requirement of customer service is increasing day by day. For the marketing of real-time fee control business development support demand is very urgent. On the other hand, the automatic control business of electricity recovery is faced with the problems of large number of users, high real-time requirements, high user service requirements, huge amount of data, and so on. Quasi-real-time electricity demand is an urgent problem to be solved. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of marketing business application, carry out marketing automation promotion project, promote the construction of intelligent power service and ensure the recovery of electricity bill, the research on real-time cost control of electric power marketing has become the key point in the field of electric power marketing research. Based on the basic model of electric power marketing fee control system, this paper analyzes the business requirement of electric power marketing fee control system, and provides the theory and scheme design idea for the research and design of electric power marketing real time fee control system. Secondly, the design of power marketing real-time cost control system is realized. Based on the design principle and goal of power marketing real-time cost control, the business architecture of the system is described in detail on the basis of the overall architecture model design. System application architecture, system data architecture, system technology architecture and application integration architecture, as well as system platform design. Finally, the function design of the power marketing real-time cost control system is realized. Based on the function design of the power marketing real-time cost control system, the design of the system function module is described in detail on the basis of constructing the overall function design model of the system. Support business function design and system interface function design. The systematic research will improve the level of intelligence and refinement of electric power marketing business, improve the ability of marketing operation and customer service, and create remarkable social benefits.
