600MW超临界W型火焰锅炉水冷壁管内工质流动特性研究

【摘要】:超临界与超超临界发电机组具有单位发电量所消耗的燃料少,发电效率高,自动化程度高,机组启停迅速,可以实现滑压运行等优点,是一种节能、高效、清洁的发电机组,是未来发电机组发展的趋势。在超临界锅炉投产后,有各种各样的因素影响着锅炉的安全运行,如炉内温度场、速度场分布不均匀,锅炉水冷壁管内工质流动不稳定,锅炉受热面水冷壁在制造安装过程的疏忽大意等等,其中超临界锅炉水冷壁管内工质的流动特性对超临界锅炉受热面水冷壁的安全运行至关重要。因此,对超临界锅炉水冷壁管内工质流动特性的研究具有极为重要的意义。本文以某电厂1900t/h超临界W型火焰锅炉为研究对象,以两相流模型为基础,结合锅炉机组水动力计算方法对锅炉水冷壁管内工质的流动特性进行了计算和分析,并根据计算结果,从锅炉水冷壁管内工质的流量补偿特性等方面分析该锅炉水冷壁管内工质在锅炉给水质量流量、水冷壁入口工质温度(入口工质欠焓)、水冷壁热负荷偏差对锅炉水冷壁管内工质流动特性的影响。同时从锅炉水冷壁管内工质的流动特性、锅炉水冷壁管的管壁温度、锅炉水冷壁管所受应力着手,对该电厂的1900t/h超临界W型火焰锅炉在实际生产运行中出现的一系列锅炉水冷壁管变形及爆管情况进行原因分析,并对针对锅炉水冷壁管变形和爆管的具体原因从锅炉设备和锅炉运行燃烧调整两方面提出了相应的改进措施。
[Abstract]:The supercritical and ultra supercritical power generation unit has the advantages of less fuel consumption, high efficiency, high automation, high efficiency, high automation, high efficiency and high efficiency. It is a kind of energy saving, efficient and clean generating set. It is the trend of the development of future generator set. After the supercritical boiler is put into operation, there are various kinds of reasons. It affects the safe operation of the boiler, such as the temperature field in the furnace, the uneven distribution of the velocity field, the unstable working fluid in the boiler water wall tube, the negligence of the water wall in the heating surface of the boiler, and so on, in which the flow characteristics of the working fluid in the water wall tube of the supercritical boiler operate safely to the water cold wall of the supercritical boiler heating surface. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the flow characteristics of the working fluid in the water wall tube of a supercritical boiler. This paper takes a 1900t/h supercritical W flame boiler of a power plant as the research object, based on the two phase flow model, and calculates the flow characteristics of the working fluid in the boiler water wall tube combined with the calculation method of the boiler unit's hydrodynamic force. And according to the analysis, and according to the calculation results, the effect of the quality flow of the boiler water cooling pipe in the boiler water cooling pipe in the boiler water supply quality flow, the inlet working quality of the water wall inlet and the heat load deviation of the water cooling wall on the flow characteristics in the boiler water wall tube. The flow characteristics of the working fluid in the cold wall pipe, the wall temperature of the boiler water wall tube and the stress of the boiler water wall tube are analyzed. The causes of the deformation of the water wall tube and the tube explosion of the 1900t/h supercritical W flame boiler in the power plant in the actual production operation are analyzed, and the deformation and tube of the water cold wall tube of the boiler are also analyzed. The corresponding reasons for improvement are put forward from two aspects: boiler equipment and boiler combustion adjustment.
