基于Flotherm软件的退役电池箱设计

【摘要】:基于动力电池热效应模型,通过Flotherm热仿真软件和Solid Works结构建模软件,针对退役电池子模块、退役电池模组、退役电池储能系统(退役电池箱),分析研究了影响退役电池箱散热性能的若干因素——电池单体摆放方式、电池间距、风道结构等。仿真结果表明,采用电池单体卧式摆放、电池间距6 mm的布局方式,且采用下部并行进风、上部并行出风风道结构的退役电池箱具有优异的散热性能,箱内各电池单体间隙最高工作温度小于45℃,温差小于5℃,符合工程化应用需求。
[Abstract]:Based on the thermal effect model of power battery, through Flotherm thermal simulation software and solid works structure modeling software, for decommissioned battery submodule, decommissioned battery module, The energy storage system of decommissioned battery (decommissioned battery tank) is analyzed. Several factors affecting the heat dissipation performance of the decommissioned battery tank are analyzed and studied, such as the arrangement of the single cell, the spacing of the battery, the structure of the air channel, etc. The simulation results show that the decommissioned battery box with the horizontal arrangement of the battery unit, the cell spacing of 6 mm, the lower part and the traveling wind, and the upper parallel air outlet structure have excellent heat dissipation performance.
