智能机器人巡检系统在750kV变电站的应用

【摘要】:本文从实际应用的角度出发,首先对使用智能机器人巡检系统的必要性进行了论证,其次对国内外智能机器人巡检系统的发展现状进行了介绍。再利用贺兰山750kV变电站的实例,介绍了智能机器人巡检系统的组成结构以及功能原理和施工方案。之后通过对该系统现场施工调试及应用情况的分析,着重对该系统安装及使用方面存在的缺点与不足进行了讨论,并最终得到一套行之有效的验收方法。该验收方法可以最全面的验证智能机器人巡检系统的各项功能,并且可以发现该系统在安装调试中所存在的隐患。通过智能机器人巡检系统在变电站实际应用的效果可以说明,该验收方法应用效果良好,且具有推广价值。本文从贺兰山750kV变电站实际出发,利用变电站安装使用智能机器人巡检系统的机会,对该系统安装使用中出现的问题进行研究,制定出全面的验收方案,以及应用规范,使得该系统既能满足使用要求,又能最大限度的发挥功能。同时,本文还对系统的新应用方法进行了展望,争取将该系统与传统的运维工作结合起来,最大限度的提高该系统的利用率,减少人力。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the necessity of using intelligent robot patrol inspection system is first demonstrated from the point of view of practical application. Secondly, the development status of intelligent robot patrol inspection system at home and abroad is introduced. Based on the example of Helanshan 750kV substation, the structure, function principle and construction scheme of intelligent robot inspection system are introduced. After that, through the analysis of the commissioning and application of the system, the shortcomings and shortcomings in the installation and use of the system are discussed, and a set of effective acceptance method is obtained. The method can fully verify the functions of the intelligent robot inspection system and find the hidden trouble in the installation and debugging of the system. The results of practical application of intelligent robot inspection system in substation show that the acceptance method has good application effect and is worth popularizing. Based on the actual situation of Helanshan 750kV substation, this paper makes use of the opportunity of installing and using intelligent robot inspection system to study the problems in the installation and use of the system, and formulates a comprehensive acceptance scheme and application specification. The system can not only meet the requirements of use, but also maximize the function. At the same time, this paper also looks forward to the new application method of the system, and tries to combine the system with the traditional operation and maintenance work to maximize the utilization rate of the system and reduce manpower.
